Mars Orbiter CTX Camera - Silver Dome Anomaly

Here is a Mars  anomaly I found a last year, that has the appearance of being a "silver dome". I found it in a Mars Orbiter CTX camera photo. This object really sticks out like a sore thumb, relative to its surroundings, except, you just cannot see it until you nearly "get your nose in the dirt", by magnifying the CTX photo.



What I see here is:

* An anomaly that appears to be silver/maybe metal

* It does have a rounded dome shape

* It has six visible black circular areas on its face, which look like windows, and "could be something like windows"

* The size of the dome is about about 400 ft wide/diameter, and about 350 ft tall - ie more than a football field wide, and more than a football field tall.

* The dome is sitting on structure that appears to be almost as tall as the dome is high. The pic is not clear enough to ascertain the type of support structure.

* There are two other structure features here at the dome. At the front left (our left) of the dome is a three tiered structure. And at the rear of the dome, there is a light colored structure with a black center area. Neither of these are totally clear in the photo, but can be seen.

* Also notice that the top area of the large underground entrance area is covered with unnatural hairy thatchy-looking stuff. It is unnatural looking (meaning maybe applied), because it is not "rocks and sand"!
 
* Another very very unnatural looking feature is at the top-right front of this large opening. There, through the white thatchy stuff, one can just visualize numbers and letters through the white stuff. They are not clearly readable, but you can see them for what they are.

With the photo evidence we have, it is obvious that this place is something special. There may be things going on here, as there does appear to be at least two openings to the underground right here at the dome. The smaller underground "entrance" just below the dome measures about 900 ft wide, and 500 ft tall. The larger underground "entrance", just forward of the dome, measures about 2,200 ft wide,
and 500 ft tall. As underground entrances, these openings are large enough to do almost anything, if there is someone there to do it!!!

To help you locate the anomaly in this very tall CTX photo: I will include a screenshot for the top of the CTX photo, with an arrow to the anomaly position area.

1. Notice that near the top of the full CTX photo is a dark/black area. The anomaly is in the lower left of that darker area, on the top of a rocky formation, or structure, and is just above a crater in the area. You cannot see the dome until it is magnified several times. Of course, the screenshot will show you what to look for, if you go to look at the full MOC CTX photo

2. Notice at the bottom left of the CTX photo are "buttons" which can be used in the search. You will need to use the + button to magnify all the way to best see the anomaly. (I use "full screen" button too)

Hi all! While this OP has had quite a few views, thus far there have been no comments.  Are you possibly having problems seeing the silver-looking dome in the screenshot? If anyone has comments, I would be interested in hearing them. This area, where the dome is located has several very interesting features.

FYI - Just a note of info - the pic now at the top of the OP is posted only to help anyone who wants to view the dome in the original photo link given, know where to find it in that very tall MOC camera photo.

The screenshot of the silver dome at the bottom of the OP is the reference for most of the discussion presented in the post.

Hey funbox - since you started the now 25 page long Martian Oddbox OP, with what you have posted it is apparent that you do have some interest in Mars anomalies!! I am glad to see that, because there hasn't been much general interest in real Mars anomalies here for a while now. 

I have been wondering.......have you taken the time to go and look at the many anomalies posted here in the past, in the Mars Anomalies forum board?? There are many anomalies posted there that - if you can actually SEEEEEEEEE them, (and many cannot), then intelligent design and the existence of other life forms is undeniable!

In that maybe you haven't, I am commenting on just one of the now 4 year old posted anomalies. This one I called "The Silver Dome"
In this we can pretty clearly see a silver dome with 6 seemingly perfect circle windows in two rows of 3. Now what this might be is open to anybody's guess, but I think it hard to deny the fact of its being an intelligent designed object, whatever it is!! Of course it could be a super structure piece of whatever it is that it is sitting upon! Notice that there is some sort of "thatchy stuff" all around it and others areas here, as maybe a general cover-up by someone. With enough magnification, one can see some sort of different piece on the face of the dome, just to our right in the photo.

Anyway, here is another screenshot photo of it. Actually the original photo/link is noted in the OP, even with a few directions of how to find the dome in this long photo.
