That's not a jetstream, jetstream are a specific phenomenon, usually more to the north and longer than that.

i lack in vocabulary but basically a continual rain storm blown by a wind,perpendicular to coastline.
creating parallel waves of almost equal frequency and strength.
thus setting up a resonance frequency.
this frequency being the most dominate frequency being applied to the pacific plate is creating tectonic anomolies that are most predominate on the opposite side of plate as amplifide quakes of increasing magnitude.

Probably not, it doesn't look like one.

The satellite images you posted show cloud temperature, higher clouds being colder appear blue on the image, but high clouds move in different ways to loud clouds, as the wind is different at different altitudes. That's why you can see in the link posted by Phedre (great find!) that at surface level (and up to 1.5 km or 850 hPa) the wind changes to follow the contour of the ground, while the higher altitudes (5 km or 500 hPa) strong winds cross the US from west to east.

thus setting up a resonance frequency.

Resonance is a reaction to a specific frequency, so for that to happen you would need winds with a specific frequency, the resonance frequency of the tectonic plate. An irregular frequency or a constant wind does not create resonance.

I suppose that for your theory you need to look at charts (like the one Phedre posted) that show winds at surface level up to (probably) 850 hPa.

PS: looking at the chart I noticed that before the quake from the opening post the winds in that area were from east to west, coming from the land and not against the coast.

Good thing that ArMaP has already debunked with a broad sweep of his skeptic brush all the photos I have presented regarding 'Nibiru' as "lens flares" or one might have 'concern' if any of these photos shared from multiple points around the world do, in fact, present solid proof that there is a planetary system within the solar system. Plus, some of these 'anomalies' are photographed on FAA cams.

But that can't be, as Zorgon has assured us that 'Nibiru' doesn't exist. So what about the 'orbs' in the following video?
