In what context?
It doesn't matter because it is a lie.  Surely that is the point?

You CAN see stars on the Moon!  It is nonsense to suggest you can't. :P

Zorgon, the clips of the press conference with the woman as narrator were from the Bart Sibrel documentary "A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Moon"

For those of you who haven't seen it, the video it contains video footage of the astronauts in orbit trying to fake pictures of a distant Earth to make it look like they left orbit and went to the Moon.  It also contains footage of Buzz losing it when he joins the Apollo 11 club of astronauts who refused to swear on the Bible that they went to the Moon.

Ron, I have downloaded the full version of the video if you want it uploading anywhere for insurance.  You never know when it might get deleted.

The context matters, as, if true, it may turn what looks like a lie in a simple statement.

That's not what zorgon wrote.

I'll leave you and Zorgon to sort that one out.  I'm busy making sure any Apollo 11 believers think again.
