Trenches on Mars. The clearest yet! Whodunit?

There is nothing new under the sun as the old saying goes.  We have had underground facilities even back to the so called "caveman days"...underground bases...underground storage and on and on.  Sure wish we could have a closer look.  Maybe a low flying drone in the thin Martian atmosphere or a setup that just floats over the surface.  Maybe Bigelow Aerospace could come up with such a craft with cameras on board.

Or just maybe those in charge do not want us to really see what is or has been going on at the Mars station?  Man, I could let my imagination just run with some of the ideas.  All the pictures shown here on Pegasus contributors sure make the mind think about what might be.

Or like the trenches on the right side in the image below where 21 Germans were killed when a huge Allied shell exploded above the tunnel in eastern France in 1918, causing it to cave in. So was it some sort of a tunnel that caved in? Striking resemblance!

The Squarish/Rectangular Crater close to it looks interesting to  Need a closer look at that  Just haven't had time to keep up here :P
