I understand that, and that's why I try (with success, at least until now) not to get annoyed or upset enough to get angry, as although I do get upset or annoyed I just brush it off as a small problem and move on.

Schumann Frequency has increased causing an increase in consciousness

Now this is an interesting possibility...

All the New Agers out there are rambling on about Earth about to move into the 5th dimension and there will be mass Ascension soon 

it is similar to the Christians waiting for the Rapture

The Schumann Resonance factor is one of the markers they are using to 'prove' that our consciousness is in fact 'elevating to a higher plane'

I have been studying a lot of Dolores Cannon's work.

One thing that stood out to me was something she wrote in one of her books prior to 2006.

She was told that ET's were looking over us, but were unable to help us.  However it was decided that in October of 2006 that they were going to place a fleet of motherships around the earth and send powerful energy into the earth to help in the awakening process.  Dolores was told that we couldn't see the ships because they were vibrating at a different frequency.

A mysterious surplus of energetic particles called cosmic rays is striking the Earth from the direction of the constellation Cygnus, suggests a controversial new study. If confirmed, the detection of this excess may help scientists figure out what produces these enigmatic high-speed particles.

Cosmic rays are speeding charged particles that appear to hit Earth in roughly equal numbers from all directions. Lower energy cosmic rays are thought to come from the shock waves around supernovae, but the source of the higher energy ones is still a mystery.

When a cosmic ray hits Earth's atmosphere, it produces a burst of charged particles and light. Sensitive detectors on the ground measure either the secondary particles or the light to try to determine the direction from which each cosmic ray came.

However, no one has been able to unequivocally trace cosmic rays to a specific object like the expanding shell of a supernova.

Now, observations have revealed what appears to be a broad area of enhanced cosmic ray activity in the sky. The data comes from the Tibet Air Shower Arrays, which detects the secondary particles produced when cosmic rays or high-energy radiation slams into the atmosphere.

Being a strong proponent of Choice Theory - which, putting it into practice, suggests its far more than a theory - I see that the ONLY thing We can control is Our behavior (including Our emotions).  All else We merely influence.  We control Our emotions by what We choose to think about, and HOW We choose to think about the things We choose to think about.  Indeed, We can take control of these things.

There is a 2 second gap between when something that is emotionally impactful happens and the time We can begin to make choices.  So if there are these Entities that are feeding off Our emotional distress...  We can choose to give Them no more than 2 seconds.  It does take practice to start choosing One's thoughts, rather than just going with the emotional flow.  But once mastered, it is invaluable.
