BULLSH!T  :P

These states are going GREEN because locals are VOTING for it in spite of Washington and they are winning

LOL!  z, what if They are allowing this because They have patents ready to go?  We know They are working on it - and likely have succeeded - getting a genmod version ready to sully the strains of natural cannabis (as They have sullied Our grains and vegetables...).  I would say Their illusion is working on You.  But what do I know?  [smile]

Colorado has recreational marijuana because people voted.  Terminally ill people in Colorado have the right to die on their own terms, because people voted.

Funny thing Shasta!

I've been wanting to visit your lovely country for a long time and once again miss the chance this year though my own choice mind you as I get to visit Taiwan again!

But in saying so Colorado was/is on my radar to visit for the laws regarding the green, and more importantly the wilderness!!!

Funny how here in OZ we have a billion commitee's to decide how to legalise something which anyone who want's said herb can obtain, then the gov pull a blinder and make the law's worse for people.  It was a sad day when i read the law's here to realise the here OZ is nothing like the good ol USA... I had protoype LED light rig's ready to roll which would be producing CBD for people.  Basically our GOV in OZ gave the Mafia a kickback rather allow people who wanted a legitimate busniess who would pay tax.  Grrr

I think it needs to be remembered that if we are cynical towards the democratic process, that said cynicism comes from confirmation bias.  It is very easy to notice the relatively small number of instances during which the system does not work, because they are all that is visible, for the precise reason that they are abnormalities.  Most of the time, the operation of democratic government is completely silent; we don't even know that it is there.  This is how it should be, but the one problem is that it becomes easy to take it for granted.
