In THIS case it's pretty straight forward

1) When Trump took office he let slip a remark about out "High Flying Assets:  (this refers to the secret space program and the reference is sed in AF and Space Command publications)

2) Trump to "create" a Space Force.  Well no not really... the Space Force has been running for DECADES, some in secret, some in open public, and most covered already for years by Pegasus (example: aval Information Warfare Systems Command SPAWAR   https://www.public.navy.mil/spawar/Pages/default.aspx  All he got to do is make it PUBLIC so they can now operate openly and appropriate more money, without triggering as many red flags
