STUNNING REVELATION AND FIND BY ME!!!

I know how LunaCognita's channel got taken down!

It's Darcy Weir! He issued copyright strikes on LunaCognita's own videos on his own channel!

Damning evidence:


Just go there. One of LunaCognita's original videos. Titled: "Aliens in the NASA Archives - More Stunning NASA UFO Anomalies Captured On Film"
Right there it says:
"Video unavailable
This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Darcy Weir."

Darcy Weir took down Cary Martynuik's own YouTube channel!

Darcy Weir, it's time for an explanation! If you listen to secureteam10's interview with Darcy Weir and Cary Martynuik, Darcy played dumb as if he didn't know what happened to Cary's channel! I don't know about you guys, but I had a funny suspicion this was the case after I read Lucas's post.

YouTube Interview:

At the 18:34 mark Cary Martynuik talks about his channel's termination.
19:11 mark Darcy replies, "We tried to recover it for like half a year remember? We were trying to log into it [...] Nothing."

Darcy Weir, you struck his channel and terminated it with copyright strikes!

Wow guys... I'm going to have to step back and take this all in for a bit...

Somebody needs to call Cary Martynuik right now about this. Sgt.RocknRoll? Someone do it for me.

I don't know the people involved and I didn't read or watch any thing related to this situation except this thread, but that's what I was expecting.

And my anonymous Facebook account got disabled. Well, at least Cary read my messages, but I forgot to put in the latest information about Darcy Weir striking his channel... but I did send that message to his phone and hopefully he read it.

Thank God I made the right decision of going anonymous on this. I don't want my real name stapled on this mess. This drama is too much for my real name.

For anyone who doesn't know, Darcy Weir is a supposed documentary film maker about UFOs, Sasquatch, crop circles, etc.  The films he supposedly produced are listed here:

The copyright complaint I got in YouTube was from a company that produces UFO, etc. documentaries (or so they said, I never saw their name before that), and tried to impress/scare me by showing their CEOs and the like came from big companies like Sony.

After I saw they were working on new Documentaries.

I also thought this possibility could be real.

They could just talk... folks, let's deactivate the LunaCognita Channel and let's make this information available in new formats.

The question is that LunaCognita's work is based on copyright free videos, but he is the owner of his video's rights, so anyone using his videos needs his authorisation, unless he made them free to use for anyone.

If they are going to use the videos they need to add something to have their own rights over them, if LunaCognita allows it, otherwise they will be only showing LunaCognita's work, and that's not enough to get new rights over the material.

At least that's my interpretation of how things work regarding copyright, I may be wrong, as I'm not a lawyer and much less a lawyer that knows US laws.

You should listen to the interview. That's not how it was played. Cary was confused. Why? Because Darcy Weir never told him he struck his channel. Accidental? I think not. Darcy, you had several months to inform Cary, but you chose not to... especially during the interview. Darcy never told Tyler Glockner either.

Cary was glad I re-uploaded his videos... but then Darcy Weir has rights somehow and copyright strikes re-uploads, as if he owns the videos. Hmm. I wonder what this "agreement" was about? Co-owners so that both Cary and Darcy have rights? Or... and hopefully not... Cary mistakenly gave all of his rights of his channel and videos to Darcy Weir, so that Darcy Weir owns LunaCognita's videos, not Cary.

maybe that's why deactivating the Lunacongita channel hadn't been well clarified.

I think LunaCongita's videos should be "Intangible Heritage of Humanity"

Of course, Cary deserves all the credit.

I think the videos could be free on the internet.

Cary and Darcy are creative...they will be able to create new documentaries using this information.

using something new, the result of this creativity.

these new documentaries could be copyrighted.

could be a good solution for this situation.

Not deactivating it, terminating it with copyright strikes! That's not paying respects to LunaCognita or his channel, obviously.
Darcy Weir could have just logged into LunaCognita's account and deactivated it, then signup on copyrightslap. Instead, Darcy Weir had to think about it, plan it, sign up to copyrightslap dot com, process it, and implement it knowing full well it would copyright strike LunaCognita's channel and terminate it with those strikes.

What kinda of "agreement" do you two have? Cary and Darcy? An agreement where Darcy Weir copyright strikes your channel Cary to termination without telling you about it? I have a hunch, but I'm not going to say it. Maybe I should wait.

I was very happy to hear that Cary is back.

I really enjoyed knowing that LunaCognita videos were saved and made available on the internet.

and now Cary and Darcy are working on new Documentaries.

I think this is the most important thing.

this email was just sent to unofficialloonacognito@yandex.com who has been posting content not owned by him. And Cary Martynuik the original owner of the content was CC'd in the email as he knows this defamation has been going on.

Just to clear up your confusion on this matter. Cary and I know about the defamation attempt on me, the filmmaker behind Secret Space UFOs which is a collaboration between Cary and myself.

I own the rights to the video content edited originally by Cary Martynuik and I have been working with him on rereleasing some of it through our documentaries and some will eventually hit youtube again in a new form.
If you have a problem with that, take it up with Cary and myself, but you have no right to say this work is yours, nor do you have the right to use it. Nor do you have the right to smear my name online.
If you want to go to NASA's records and you want to create your own original content like Cary did years ago, you are welcome to do that. Learn how to edit and make your own original content.
Cary couldn't get into his youtube channel for years and was locked out. He gave me the rights to use his footage in a new way and we are working together on it. I'm not taking advantage of him in any way shape or form. We are friends and both invested in the search for the truth about the UFO subject.
