undo once ran a radio show for us... had a nice start Interviewed John Lear and Davis Serada and a few others. I think I saved some of the MP3's from that but too bad it never went further. It would be nice if we could add podcasts here

Loved the story about Your son's car!

As for podcasts...  Great Idea!  I may actually be a good interviewer - don't know.  Never tried.  But I would happily do what I could to make it a success!

No, no.  It is the vid from the InnerSight show I am having problems with. They gave Me a disk with an odd format, and VLC will play it - but it will not process the whole into a format After Effects or SVMS will handle except small pieces of the video and all of the audio - and I need the whole.

It was a half hour show.  I did it in March.

What is the extension of the file. avi? mpg? etc.

VLC is a handy viewer, but will not convert formats for you.

I suggest you get 'SUPER' by eRightSoft. (free)


Drag and drop any video file you want on to it's page and it will play it for you. Double clicking on your file name in there will display all the technical information about your file.

From that page you can choose what type of file you want it to convert your file to - avi, mpg, whatever.


eta: If you have an audio file instead of video that you want to convert, I suggest Goldwave audio editor. (free trial)

Just got home to listen, and great interview!
Its also special to hear your voice, as I wondered what you sounded like. Very concise and informative, and a true heart of caring was what I sensed.

i think you would make an excellent interviewer. you're personable, intellectual, knowledgeable on various subjects related to your research and even outside your research.  you're inherently kind-hearted and classy.  you don't sound like a raving maniac. women, such as myself, when we get to preachin' it, we often sound kinda loopy. our voices get shrill and all mom like.  but you were solid, matter of fact, but still very interesting.  me likes.

this lady is really interesting but she's like me.  she starts sounding a bit loopy after awhile.  not because what we're talking about is or is not valid, rather just because we ladies have a kind of vocal irritant, and we can get hyper focused and it shows up in our voices. can't think of a better way to put it.
  i had to keep telling myself :  lower register,   lower register (Cause it sounds so much better on radio)



my kids are always saying: "mom! lower your voice." lol it isn't that i'm loud, i just get too excited when i talk about subjects i'm interested in  and the pitch of my voice goes up.

You know, Linda...  It's rather funny.  Up until the ban, I worked exclusively at Alpha Tango Spookz.  If They had NOT banned Me and just let Me be, I would probably still be There, preaching away.  Because of Their move, My eyes were opened to the fact that the information had to have a much broader dissemination.  And it was that that impelled Me into Twitter, and many, many forums and blogs, and emailing sites, and, of course, here.

Yeah, if the idea was to shut Me up - They made the wrong move.

Right, and if we hadn't been so rudely interrupted mid-topic, i would still be there...
I notice that more long-time members have quit or have been kicked out.
I once thought ATS was where it all happened, but if you compare the comments there nowadays to Pegasus, it's no match at all.
I really got fed up with repeating myself over there,but here you only have to say it once.
That says a lot for the intelligence of the Pegasus team
We actually have meaningful debates here, it's great.

Zorgon, a podcast sounds like a good idea, you could pick the threads with the most hits & make a podcast show, Only who pays the phone bill ?
It would certainly speed up the debates if we had audio, and it would be nice to hear each other's voices, gives it an extra dimension.

PWM, I was told the topic You started at...Association of Trolls & Skeptics...has been pulled down.  Guess They didn't want anyOne to notice I had not been around.  Man, I get reports from all over the web, I tell Ya!  It's AMAZING how many People know Me and seek Me out!  (Don't know if You all know Petrus from...the ASSn, but He located Me on yet another board!)

ATS HA ATS, whilst i would not be here if it was not for meeting key members there i wont be off back for any long periods of time like the old days. its been reduced to a smelting pot of poorly informed newbies (facebook twitter??) just bickering away.

I find the place depressing.And it's full of the 3 letter folks imo.
