sky,

Your posts about The Ventures and The Kinks and all reminded me of the old days which I too remember quite well.

Most music getting airplay in those days was bland crapola and bored us all to tears, so when something even slightly good came along it caused quite a stir.

Then something unexpected happened which changed the landscape of rock music forever -

A little known band at the time called The Beatles popped over and dropped an Atom Bomb smack dab in the middle of The Hollywood Bowl.

Enjoy!  8)

(Sounds like the girls had a good time eh?  ;D  ;) )

BTW for any of you little christians out there that want to play the god.... Watto did more for society than you could imagine.  For a start he made people LOL   :P

Watto was a funny old chap thats for sure :P

Relating what he heard in a media he knew which is outspoken yet underground

If only he was Watto now I would suggest to him that this song should be called "In the Mind of the GOD reciting the Bible whilst torturing confessional innocents"

I used to hang out with Knighty's sister back in the day.  Couldn't meet a better gal honestly...best drinking buddy one could find without the sex ;)

I recall the time in her lounge with her asking whether her brother would like a CAT Belt Buckle (which is funny as he ran an earth moving bizz) whilst touring the world :D

cosmic psychos - i'm up you're out

The oddest thing about the Coz Madmen is that they were grunge... ;)

Somamech

To conclude my punk era...for now  ;D

Actaully funny that an old friend had a band called "Vaginal Carnage"

Wont find that in the Vatican derived Church thats for sure... " The Anal Carnage and Fiddling"  Organ Band may be more apt on that topic.

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI

Well, since we are going down memory lane, here is piece of music that was instantly popular when it came out. This became one of my all-time favorites, as well as for many others "of that day"!

The ISLEY BROTHERS - "SHOUT"
