Well it's 6:00am here in Belle Chasse and all is quiet on the southern front. Got up this morning at 5:00 got my coffee ready, went out side and Orion greeted me in the southeastern sky.I then got the newspaper and turned on the tv for the current tv forecast. Missed my wife last night as she is on storm duty at the local hospital and won't be allowed to leave until the storm passes. Isaac is still off the coast and it's still a tropical storm. The forecasters are predicting all hell's gonna breadk loose around 1:00 pm this afternoon when Isaac gets to the coast. They are predicting that the track will take it up the parish, a little left of us in Belle Chasse (which isn't good, want to be on right side). It will probably get bad around here this afternoon and well into the evening with wind and lots of rain. I will try to post periodic updates during the day as long as the power lasts.

bracing with you in spirit..
hugs and blessings toward your safety and those in the area..

watched the weather station and while they say the wind has dropped a bit they are calling for a lot of rain

be safe

Be safe, Sarge, it seems Issac is keeping his hair up and may give you a bit of a pass this time...lots of rain though, so hope you are high enough.

Good luck!

10:00pm here. Powers been off since 7:00pm, running on generator now. The eye is pretty close to us, just south and it looks like it'll just pass to the left which means we get the bad stuff. Wife will be on lockdown at the hospital until maybe thursday. All is good so far. Best wishes to all.

Hurricane Isaac Backs Off After Reaching La.
Hurricane Isaac touched down in southeast Louisiana but after two hours it retreated & headed back into the Gulf of Mexico.

Its a pesky sucker, sitting there spinning up. And it appears to be shifting to the west a bit, good news for Texas who needs rain bad!
Could it align worse for storm surge pushing up into Lake Ponchartrain?

Best of luck Sarge!

Isaac is a sh!thead, Sarge..our thoughts are with you, as it appears that Isaac is nearly stationary here at the 10am hour. A friend who lives in Metairie told me a small levee that keep the water out of his back yard failed, and hes got two feet of muddy water rolling through under his carport..luckily he's on stilts.

Be safe!

Is this a reliable website?

A shortwave that peaked in six hours has just struck Southern Louisiana. This comes around the same time the swarm of quakes started in Southern California as well.

This is the strongest shortwave reading ever in this project, a solid 10.0 over Southern Louisiana.

No doubt about it, HAARP is tuned onto control Isaac.

Hmmm, not sure about that page, as the website without the html in the url takes me to this smae page. Isthis someones park page for their results from another verifiable haarp page?

I dont see a realtime haarp page other than the official one, and that just shows output power, not specific location of the signal.

Also haarp may not be able to fire efficiently too far below the midwest, so maybe theres another haarp array somewhere doing this work?

Interesting conspiracy fodder nonetheless!!
