Intuition and good sense are all we have left.  The world is too complex and overloaded with deception to judge events too precisely.  Was 9/11 an inside job?  Did one gunman kill Kennedy?  We can only guess.

As for ET influence currently,  take a look at Obama and his nominee, Chuck Hagel.   Hagel once made statements about the complete abolition of nuclear weapons - and that area is the only notable subject in Obama's undistinguished legislative past, as far as I know.

They would represent what the ET's want.

Let me repeat the critical point here, as to this thread:  this information may be the greatest and most wonderful hope for humanity.  Somebody up there is vastly more powerful than we are and is willing to intervene, although in a limited way at present.

I have never observed or experienced such a powerful trend as exists now.  Everyday, there's some new 'revelation' of a conspiracy or mass crime.  Kennedy's ? Rothschilds? 9/11?  The Federal Reserve? UFO's? The Breakaway Civilization? Flying Triangles?  WW2 Revisionist History? Hitler wasn't so crazy?

Need I go on?  Why this constant exposure?  Is there an overall purpose?

There could be.  Suppose human society was due to receive a general change towards ESP/Psychic ability?

Perhaps it would be necessary to get society ready, with all the warts and horrors exposed now, to prevent the shock of a sudden revealing later.  Are we being made ready for something like "Ascension" that the channelers yammer on about? 

I guess we'll see......

You raise a fair point and I've thought about that.  Perhaps if everything seems to be exposed, people do zone out or just give up.

It tends to further degrade the legitimacy of all authority - political, religious, scientific.  This may be leading us into a huge system reset as well.  It may fit an ET agenda overall - being prepared for radical

Ascension is a continual process; it isn't a single event, after which suddenly, bam!  You're ascended.  If I temporarily become more positive, you could say I've incrementally ascended; but if I then become negative, I descend again.  In the New Age context, ascension means transcorporeal migration, but I think that is a bit of a misdefinition, personally.  I see it as a continual rising, and as such, you take two steps forward, and one step back.
