on the stealth bomber having flame jets,how do they hide the heat signature? i do believe they are using a hv leading edge for propulsion.that is the metallic strip on the leading edge of the plane.my guess the turbofan somehow generates the hv.

Friend, there is a very detailed thread here on the b2; the leading edge is indeed positive as the exhaust stream is negative charged; once up to speed the main engines are shut down...
