The NDAA And Obama’s Secret ‘Kill List’

Whilst everyone's attention this 2012 Holiday season was diverted by the ill-conceived Sandy Hook false flag event and the draconian 'fiscal cliff' episode playing out in the MSM, one might be reminded of what happened exactly 12 month's ago.

"This time last year, President Obama said that he had "serious reservations" about certain provisions of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. But he signed it anyway. This year, the same provisions over which he was so reserved remain in the 2013 version of the bill, along with a number of brand-new problematic amendments. The president threatened a veto on the new bill's prohibitions on closing Guantánamo Bay detention center. But he didn't veto; he signed the bill again on Thursday.

Once again, Obama expressed his misgivings in a signing statement, but stressed that "the need to renew critical defense authorities and funding was too great" to reject the bill, which approved a $633 billion armed forces budget for the 2013 fiscal year. Also approved in the NDAA are controversial provisions that will likely make closing Guantánamo Bay detention center impossible in Obama's presidency, and

provisions elsewhere in the act
that allow for the indefinite
military detention of U.S. citizens.

The corporate-owned government of the United States, now headed by President Barack Obama, has under the rubric of waging a so-called war against 'terrorism,' launched a perpetual terrorist war against the liberties and human rights of everyday Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people in this nation and around the world.

The U.S. police state is no longer merely coming, it has arrived.

Barack Obama now, in the latter part of the year 2012, has the self-proclaimed right to decide who, on his top secret 'kill list' (which list includes U.S. citizens), will be murdered; without the bother of even being charged, much less tried, in a court of law.

His 'Kill List,' combined with the draconian NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), which, in relevant part, institutes in this nation, the right of the government to indefinitely detain (i.e. disappear and imprison) people (including U.S. citizens) without the constitutionally guaranteed due process of charge, trial, or legal defense are the most obvious, odious, and hideous hallmarks of Barack Obama's first four years as the chief executive of this nation.

Even the unconstitutional Patriot Act pales by comparison to both the NDAA which Barack Obama quietly signed into law on December 31, 2011 (New Year's Eve), and his obscene 'Kill List.'

Barack Obama (along with his Democrat and Republican party accomplices) has gutted the U.S. Constitution, under the hypocritical and fallacious guise of fighting against the very 'terrorism' that his own domestic and foreign policies have cynically enhanced, and continue to enhance.

Are you, or someone you know, on Obama's secret 'kill list?' Will you or a family member or friend be deemed, or perhaps already been deemed, to be a target of the NDAA?

Think about it. Obama's 'Kill List' and the NDAA are in actuality political tools for the stifling of legitimate dissent in this nation and throughout Mother Earth.

Moreover, their very existence serves to quash liberties and human rights.

If the just introduced H.J. Res 15 passes, Barack Obama will LEGALLY be able to be our dictator for the remainder of his life.

Americans around the nation were shocked Friday as they heard about H.J.Res. 15.

H.J.Res 15 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment.

This would remove the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. Rep. José Serrano (D- NY15) introduced the controversial joint resolution on Friday, the second day of the 2013 legislative session.

Obama Signs Bill Giving Him Armed Protection For Life





Despite launching a gun control agenda that threatens to disarm the American people, President Obama has signed a bill that would afford him armed Secret Service protection for life.

"The legislation, crafted by Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, rolls back a mid-1990s law that imposed a 10-year limit on Secret Service protection for former presidents. Bush would have been the first former commander in chief affected," reports Yahoo News.

The new bill, which will cost American taxpayers millions of dollars, is a re-instatement of a 1965 law which will see presidents protected for life as well as their children up to age 16.

The irony of Obama seeking to surround himself with armed men for the rest of his life while simultaneously working to disarm the American people via a gun control agenda that is likely to be enforced via executive decree represents the height of hypocrisy.

That one misses the mark by pointing at the driver (not true), and omits the secret service agents being ordered off the back of the Limo before heading down shooting gallery lane, (Along with the motorcycle cops earlier being ordered to the rear of the Limo instead of their usual location by the front wheels) a now wide open target with a clear shot and usual protection removed.



Sure, some of the shots were close range (others were not) and people did smell gunpowder as your link mentions.

The origin of the close shots has been located by an audio forensics expert, and it wasn't anybody in the car.


In hindsight it makes perfect sense when you think about it - his head went back and to the left, and the red mist went upward.

So... if the result we see is -up and to the left-, where is the obvious opposite origin direction?

(Not to mention his brains going -back- onto the trunk.)

Are National Governments Losing Their Practical Authority?  Are they losing their legitimacy? Seriously?

The US government fought a War on Drugs for decades.  The enemy was a bunch of lazy, shiftless stoners.

They lost the war.  State governments are rebelling - and don't care what Congress or the UN says.

Obama announced today that US forces are leaving Afghanistan.  Running away would be more accurate.

They lost the war.  The Soviets did, too.

The  Liberals in Washington DC rejoiced to find a Wonderful Opportunity to create Gun Control (read PA Governor Rendell's comment).  In response,  the whole thing is exploding in their faces as gun stores sell everything, run out of ammo and the NRA gets another 100K paid members.

Oh, and I don't see anyone (anywhere on the 'Net) pointing out that Weed And Guns are triggering Real, No- Sh*t talk about nullification and secession.

Meanwhile, Japan and Europe CAN'T REVIVE THEIR BROKEN ECONOMIES.   It's all going sour.

I am curious how you know about this...

I have seen certain references to some of the things that you say that may happen...but I do not recall any of the experts in the field that I have followed telling that this has really happened...which is a big shock to my system.

We are all aware of whats going on with Obama and his agenda on guns.... but the Kill list is something else ! That is scary...

If this is true god help some people I / we know !

I am sure Alex Jones will be fearful, but with him being so well known... would they risk targeting him !

As you say this is a conspiracy forum.... and I have come across the Hologram / Aliens suggestion of  telling the USA to hand over their  Guns...

Now that would be quite unbelievable if they try that one on with the USA...

But who knows how long and detailed that they may have been planning for this possibility or some other agenda to take over and create world domination !

Kennedy and his sister, Rory, spoke about their family Friday night while being interviewed in front of an audience by Charlie Rose at the Winspear Opera House in Dallas. The event comes as a year of observances begins for the 50th anniversary of the president's death.

Their uncle was killed on Nov. 22, 1963, while riding in a motorcade through Dallas. Five years later, their father was assassinated in a Los Angeles hotel while celebrating his win in the California Democratic presidential primary.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said his father spent a year trying to come to grips with his brother's death, reading the work of Greek philosophers, Catholic scholars, Henry David Thoreau, poets and others "trying to figure out kind of the existential implications of why a just God would allow injustice to happen of the magnitude he was seeing."

He said his father thought the Warren Commission, which concluded Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in killing the president, was a "shoddy piece of craftsmanship." He said that he, too, questioned the report.
