Could Sirius be a psych op?

Still going through Sirius, intercut with other things I'm doing.

I've started noticing something very interesting.  The video jumps around a lot, topic wise.  It talked a bit about free energy, and then it will go to 9/11, and then it went to von Braun's warning about false threats; and then it moved back to the Chilean humanoid, which from what I've read, they basically admit is human at the end of the movie.

This has made me think that the point of this video is to discredit the first three ideas (9/11 being false flag, free energy, and von Braun's warning about false threats) by associating them with the fourth; the Chilean humanoid.  I remember reading that the CIA employed a similar tactic when dealing with the rural population in Nicaragua.  The handbook for that said that if you can get people to agree with you on three points, then getting them to agree on the fourth is much easier; which also allows the fourth to be a lie, if the first three are true.

I think maybe Sirius is playing that trick on us, in reverse.  If so, that is seriously nasty.

The MAGICIAN awes the audience by constantly misdirecting what they are looking at...

Make them look somewhere else when you are doing something and they will miss the trick

Same goes for successful advertizing.... make people believe that your product has all kinds of scientific research behind it... doesn't matter if its real... just throw techno babble at them and they will buy it because the majority are to illiterater to know whether or not the science is real anyway.  Make a device that claims to heal with electricity and toss in the name TESLA and you have immediate sales... "If it's from TESLA it must work.... I'll buy three :P"

Same thing with this movie and most of the whistle blower stories... just toss it out fast and flashy, then move on before they can question. Onec the flashed image is in their brain and it sounds like something they have heard before, it doesn't matter if it is real or not... they will buy it

Just look at the whole 2012 thing how that evolved from what Sitchin originally said. (and oddly enough EVERYONE missed the fact that Sitchen says Nibiru wasn't due till 2900 AD :P (End of Days page 217))

And when you look at religions that have been translated, edited, mis interpreted, re copied, re translated and 1000 versions created  you see the same thing

People will believe ANYTHING if the story teller is a great snake oil salesman

I'd like to know if he was always a snakeoil salesman or did he become one via the process of searching for the truth.

No, actually he was a respected medical doctor once. He worked as director of emergency medicne at an East Coast Hospital. Then he quit to sell snake oil ... go figure.

As far as I can tell... at the beginning of the Disclosure Project he was legit.... he really wanted to get the truth out there.  ut somewhere along the line he discovered that NO ONE really wanted the truth, despite the fact that everyone says they do.

So he figured out that it was easier to sell the story people WANTED to hear and get rich in the process.

Many whistle blowers have gone that route and so have many "UFO" researchers...

John calls it "UFO Disease" where you start believing the yarn you are spinning. The audience is to blame really. They arer a fickle bunch.  If you tell them what they want to hear... they will worship you and buy your books, cd's and alien hunting tours ($1,000.00 a head last I checked) Then you too for that ticket get to sit in a chair in an empty field while you are told you are actually inside an ethereal spacecraft that is invisible

If you dare try to bring truth to the table... if that truth doesn't fit the perceived truth... you are a shill, a sheep, a disinfo agent or a troll...

So what the heck... it's everyone's right in a capitalist country to pay for their entertainment as they choose.

Perhaps this is the main reason that the USA is really the main country for this UFO stuff (and the UK)  Maybe the rest of the world needs more than snake oil salesmen :D

A doctor has to work hard to make his money... a snake oil salesman only needs to speak with a glib tongue

Stanton Friedman 'gave up' a carreer as a Nuclear scientist to sell UFO books, tours and make a career out of bashing Bob Lazar :P

I guess the UFO business must pay better than real sciences :D

So what the hell is "wrong" with me?!?? I got plenty of snake oil (sort of), but waited 40 years, until I retired (again, sort of) from my career as a software engineer to try selling it. Thing is, nobody really seems to care.

Maybe its a philosophical thing; I'm more for truth, than easy. I would prefer to attempt to keep my honor, even when it called into question by those who refuse to "see".

If truth and science are to become inconvenient, then I fear we are doomed. :)
I sort of tend toward thinking that people like Greer and Friedman, educated men, knowledgable in the ways of science (but I guess not Truth), who forsake that knowledge, learning, science and truth to satisfy some base whim to be generally not worthy . . . of anything. Especially my consideration,
Point is; these guys care more for the FEE than for the Truth.
Guess I should write a book...

Great idea  I will help with the research and promotion :D

Then make videos... what you need is a very hot chick but she has to be able to speak well...  then they will sell no matter what the topic :P

Go for it, Anthra; I'll pitch in with Z and we'll rock it; I know a couple of well spoken (and also rather curvy) 8) fems that might be roped in for vids...

I've just finished watching Sirius.  Truthfully, I'm extremely disappointed.  It's meandering and almost completely unfocused, and except for the material on the Atacama humanoid, for me there was literally nothing new there whatsoever.  This also isn't a film I could recommend to new people who haven't done the research into these issues that I have, either; it is far too rough and unstructured, and I could see most people simply being bored.

Sirius should have been a very important film.  I was expecting it to be; and it wasn't.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I was expecting to have to sit down for the entire movie and drool. He had the oppertunity of a lifetime to blow our socks off. And what? Garbage! Out of the blue was a much better movie by far. He tells us he has access to many secret documents and photos proving Aliens and UFOs and all we got was 10 year old garbage. I don't mean the the information was garbage, It was garbage because he used his name to re-present it again. Material we all have had in hands for years! Nothing new here folks, move along. Such a shame! Like a scam or used car salesman. Toss a coat of paint on it and sell it for new...

Someone has to ask this guy why? Is this the same guy that put the disclousure project together?

Oh Greer!!!!

gortex

I don't think it could be a psych op as they would have made a better video , I agree it is meandering but would add disjointed and heavy on self love . The inclusion of the Dome of the Rock and Olivers castle Orbs forming a crop circle was beyond belief and an admission that he just doesn't care , I'd love to see a break down of where the money went   ;D

The fact it was nearly 2 hours long and almost solely centered on Greer just gave it a feel of vanity project for me .

Gortex, good to see you here mate - I haven't seen the film yet but whether it's a psy-op or vanity project it doesn't sound like I'm missing much. :)

Petrus, point taken and there's a recent film below which I thought was an excellent one - maybe it's a sign of the times that 'Sirius' is being plastered about everywhere whilst this one got very little attention.
