A Law Federal Law Mandating Full Disclosure

I have a suggestion for Congressional action.

The rhetorical question which I always ask of Americans who demand governmental disclosure of the existence of UFOs, is "Why?"

I can, however, answer this question myself; hence why it is rhetorical.  It is because Americans insist on maintaining the infantile belief that their government is still a salvageable, Constitutionally bound entity, rather than what it is in fact; a systemically corrupt, mass murdering, rogue institution that is the relentless enemy of its' own people, and is exclusively populated by psychopaths.

Cease your worship of the Executive Branch in particular, Americans.  It is not, and has never been, anything other than a concession to the Fuhrer principle.  The American government is the scourge of humanity; the entire species (to say nothing of the other forms of life on this planet) currently groans for relief under the weight of its' monstrous tyranny, and yet you continue to behave as though it should be regarded as a vaguely legitimate authority.

You do not, and should not, therefore, require the current demoniac inhabiting the White House to publically confirm for you, that which you already know concerning extraterrestrial life.  Either you yourselves know, for yourselves, that such life exists, or you do not.  Exercise some sovereignty, or at the very least some basic self-respect and courage, and let that be enough for you.

First, are we making the mistake of demonizing the opponents of disclosure?

It depends on what their motivations are.  The Stargate franchise did a fairly good job of generating audience sympathy for the idea of secrecy in the name of national security.  Most of the time in that case, it was implied that containment was necessary in order to avoid alien threats from getting loose among the general population, or rogue elements stealing ET technology and otherwise causing problems.

In real life, however, the motivation would almost never be that altruistic.  In the real world, secrecy is virtually never employed to genuinely benefit the public, but almost always to shield the individuals in question from legal, political, or economic accountability for their (usually illegal, or at least highly immoral) actions.  The primary use of secrecy is simply to ensure a complete lack of restriction of any kind, on the part of the individuals wanting said secrecy.  They are able to do literally whatever they like, if the public doesn't know anything about what they are doing at all.

Part of it is also due to the psychopathic craving for elitism; a further justification for feeling elite, is the idea of being part of some organisation that ordinary and therefore supposedly unimportant people do not know about.

Is Greer correct when he asserts that there is a division within MJ-12 (or equivalent)?  Are they really monolithic in maintaining this secret?

I think it is important to keep in mind that, at least as far as I know, we have no way of knowing or proving whether or not Greer actually has any accurate or otherwise worthwhile information whatsoever.  I am not saying that his information is definitely false, so much as I am saying that it is unfalsifiable; it is impossible to know either way.  It can be very difficult to verify the word of a single whistleblower, if the organisation he is leaking information from, is unwilling to corroborate it, and actually wants said whistleblower dead for the very reason of leaking said information in the first place.

In regard to Communism past, did 'experts' make the same mistake, of a monolithic view of adversaries?

Here it is important to recognise the validity of the warnings of Warner von Braun, about the steady stream of manufactured threats.  America is largely a war economy, and always has been; and as such, it needs a continual source of foreign enemies and bogeymen of various kinds who it can engage in constant war with, in order to provide stimulus for the military industrial complex.

As a result of this, yes, Communism was ludicrously overblown as a threat.  Threats are an economic necessity, and as a result, they will always tend to be exaggerated and hyped as much as possible, in order to encourage public support for going to war with them.  That way, lots of munitions and military equipment gets built, funding gets spent on research for new weapons, and in general, the military industrial complex keeps making money. 

It's an economic model that a Tyrannosaurus Rex would have been able to appreciate.  The MIC are always on the lookout for their next meal.

I know that Laurence Rockefeller has been an advocate of disclosure for some time.  He was photographed conversing with Hillary Clinton, holding a book on the effects of disclosure on society. At the Ram Dass library, the UFO books there were donated by him.

I would seriously question the idea that literally anyone with the surname Rockefeller should be trusted as far as they can be thrown, personally. 

Is there an emerging opinion among the elite that our civilization has stalled and has waited too long already?  That the Brooking's Report is very outdated and another Great Depression is at hand?

There may be a certain number of forward thinkers among them who are able to see which way the wind is blowing, and feel a desire to get off the proverbial sinking ship; but in the case of many of them, their nature is dictated by the very things they would have needed to do in order to obtain their positions in the first place.

As a result, they are not to be trusted.  Assuming hypothetically that a couple of them overwhelmingly prove themselves by assisting in bringing down the old order of things, then perhaps we could make individual exceptions; but such would need to be done with extreme wariness.

So this shadowy group of entities manage wars with technology and simply watch the show taking in all the pain and suffering their managing of the chaos, brings them.

We clearly see that happening on earth since the beginning of recorded history. A constant state of war and killing with much pain and suffering till one day the end erupts in one giant fireball.
