1ww I have no idea whats going in that sphere of the underground... never really thought about it as its time to hang up the ciggy again!  But in thinking about the black trade must be quite a blossom right now :D

yea tobacco use to be 15dollars.then uncle sam and the states added fifteen dollars tax.now the local tobacco store wants 38$ a pound.
by buying across state line there is no tax.its the interstate commerce clause.so for me .by buying on the phone and having it shipped across the state line.i save 38$.
50% savings.

you know diesel exaust is the most cancerous product we are regularly around.
the tobacco tax is a scam.most ciggarette butts in the old days were made of fiberglass and asbestos.the new butts are made from pine trees.i met the inventor.he worked for eastman in kingsport tennessee.
eastman kodak has been making filters for years now and the rate of lung cancer is going down fast.but yet the amount of smokers has stayed the same.
the new diseases like copd are probably caused by the new firesafe chemicals they put on the tube paper.
the tubes i buy arent firesafe.
i even reroll my cigs when i have to buy a pack.
roll your own are the best ciggs there are.
ive never been much for rules.

Well... With no bank account, credit card, or paypal...  No way for Me personally to purchase anything mail order/online.  [smile]

Would love to try Crisscross...  [smile]

Red River is good enough for Me.  It offers nicotine.  That's what I want.  So...  LOL!

I had to laugh when you mentiond that...I work in a gold mine and cigarrette smoking is banned underground. You can't smoke a cigarrette but you CAN have a 750HP Cummins diesel engine screaming at full load all day long and work in the same confined area as it no problem.  Multiply that by about 30 more machines underground. Sorry to get off topic.

i dont mind this topic being a litle off.i hope it would encompass all aspects.as a high voltage substation builder.let me tell you that your risk of a spark is high after the substation is about five years old.the reason is the hv cables inside the box are dialectrically breaking down.basically the insulation is turning to powder and cracking.when the mine doesnt have the boxes rebuilt regularly because they are trying to save money on maintenance.thats where a high risk is for explosion from methane or coaldust.just a heads up.

My dad worked as the fireman in the coal mines in the 30's and 40's.  The human equivalent of a canary in a coal mine.

As for tobacco,  I quit five years ago.   Still have some cravings, but trying to focus on being healthy.   And pot just never did anything for me.

i found iranian tobacco seeds and grew them.hardiest tobacco ive ever grown and almost smells like fruity pot.
ive got two year old plants that withstood the winter and kept on growing.best tasting reasonably strong.equal to marlboro but better smelling.
