i was looking for something and re-found this little piece of info called medicines of light
by tom kenton written a while ago..i posted the beginning of it below...
he allows you to copy the whole thing as long as you don't change it.. i only copied the start

i do know energy healing is real and have been a firm believer in sound transformation
for a long time..i just read an article the other day about reprograming your brain
that doctors are finally starting to use

That would all depend on the post-hypnotic suggestion and how good of nap.

you mean like brain training? that was one of the goals with the bilingual beat stuff.

There just a set of "bip bop bop bop bip bop bop bop" kind of a click track with a variation in length and pattern. The goal was to allow one to enter a meditative state of mind,calm the mind sort of
like Valium but without the toxins.

I found they put me to sleep,very hypnotic. so i got what I wanted from the programs.

As for the more traditional Islam prayer stuff, I just go with the flow and find it relaxing.

For healing there are many frequency's that are supposed to heal But I can't say I have
any hands on experience apart from stress but I do believe sounds/frequency/music can be beneficial for a whole bunch of medical conditions.

After all Take things like skin conditions,A lot are bought on by stress so if it elevates stress then
there must be another pay off.

i feel that each of us resonates to a different sound for healing..not all sound works the same on all of us

and as much as i luv hearing the Solfeggio Harmonics.. i feel they are slightly off  now...times and reasonaces are changing

the deep sounds of the old gregorian chants have always been some of my favorites..but lately they do not have the same affect on me..
so is it me or them.. doesn't matter...it's changed

what do you guys use in the sound category..and has it kinda been off key lately

It was on a laptop that crashed but i'm sure i have email from the guy who made it

well i'm gonna say NO to the suggestive part as i'm sure there would of been the same
results without the explanation of what you may feel.but i see what you mean.
