The most the Million Mask March will be able to do, is go to the White House, and stand there.  Whether or not they accomplish anything by doing that, will depend on whether or not the government cares about them standing there, because standing there is literally all that they will be able to do.  If they were to become violent, it would lead to a horrific incident of governmental force.

If you want to really change anything, then what you need to do, is convert the police to your cause, as they are the ones holding the balance of power.  If the government decides that it wants to use force against you, then it is the police who will be employed to do it.  At the moment, the police are bribed guard dogs; they work for the government, and they don't listen to any appeal made by civilians, who they consider the enemy.  I saw how passive the police response was to appeals made by people from Occupy.  The government has worked very hard to turn cops into zombies to that degree, because they know how important it is to remove any hint of empathy or basic humanity, if they want police to be willing to truly oppress the public.

i also work on the local level of gov and if you do not have a replacement plan for what you want rid of..you will not even be heard..let alone change anything

you need a constructive plan not a bunch of masked humans demanding that the rules be changed
what rules and changed to what...

personally i have taken my plan to action by getting involved and changed things from the working side...guess what.. it can be done
move into the positions of power yourself and change it from there..is it easy or fast..nope

wow i can envision king Z tossing coins out right and left..glad i got some..


ya know this country had a great structure up until the second bush's puppet master got into the mix.. and changed a lot of things that shouldn't have been changed

it wasn't the rules that were bad (like they are now).. it was the folks messing with them for the power and money they could  get

so instead of a million mask march ..if those million folk unmasked and stepped up and replaced those now in office...wow..now that would be a good thing..that would show em

well unless those stepping up let it go to THIER heads and then they morped into greedy bas tards too

the fix is going to be long in coming and i don't know if i will see this beautiful country restored to it's grand beginnings ...the original system had so much thought put into it ..checks and balances to keep what has happened from happening

We now know agent provocateurs operate within mass demonstrations which easily can be turned into a riot by tossing trash cans through store front windows or tossing bottles/rocks at the gestapo.

June 2013: A bill that bans the wearing of masks during a riot or unlawful assembly and carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence with a conviction of the offence became law today.

Bill C-309, a private member's bill introduced by Conservative MP Blake Richards in 2011, passed third reading in the Senate on May 23 and was proclaimed law during a royal assent ceremony in the Senate this afternoon.

Just when ya thought we had a chance, they pulled this out a their hats in May 2013.

Think back to when they orchestrated katrina doom and cops in the midst of katrina realized it was futile to stop the human response syndrome. Cops watched and many just simply went home to their families.

One should be quick to point out that this Bill C-309 pertains to Canadian riots and/or 'unlawful assembly' and therefore affects Canadian Citizens and Any Other Masked Individual (AOMI) in Canada.   

As such, it shall be documented before potential disappearance from the web.

"A bill that bans the wearing of masks during a riot or unlawful assembly and carries a maximum 10-year prison sentence with a conviction of the offence became law today.

Bill C-309, a private member's bill introduced by Conservative MP Blake Richards in 2011, passed third reading in the Senate on May 23 and was proclaimed law during a royal assent ceremony in the Senate this afternoon.

Richards, MP for Wild Rose, Alta., said the bill is meant to give police an added tool to prevent lawful protests from becoming violent riots, and that it will help police identify people who engage in vandalism or other illegal acts. The bill is something that police, municipal authorities and businesses hit hard by riots in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and other cities in recent years, were asking for, according to Richards.


"The provisions of my bill are effective immediately, which means police officers across Canada now have access to these tools to protect the public from masked rioters,"


Richards said in a statement being released today.

The bill creates a new Criminal Code offence that makes it illegal to wear a mask or otherwise conceal your identity during a riot or unlawful assembly.

Exceptions can be made if someone can prove they have a "lawful excuse" for covering their face such as religious or medical reasons.

The bill originally proposed a penalty of up to five years, but the House of Commons justice committee amended it and doubled the penalty to up to 10 years in prison for committing the offence.

Richards noted in his statement how rare it is for a private member's bill to become law and said that its final passage is the culmination of two years of work and a lot of consultation with police and business owners.

Bill comes into force immediately upon royal assent

"We can all rest easier tonight knowing our communities have been made safer with its passage," said Richards.

The bill didn't have unanimous support, and was opposed by some who are concerned about its effect on freedom of expression and privacy. Critics said the measures are unnecessary because the Criminal Code already includes a section about wearing disguises while committing a crime.

Civil liberties advocates argued the measures could create a chilling effect on free speech and that peaceful protesters can unintentionally find themselves involved in an unlawful assembly.

They also noted that there are legitimate reasons for wearing masks at protests; some may be worried about reprisals at work, for example, if sighted at a political protest.

"Any law that infringes upon civil liberties needs to be held to a test of absolute necessity, and I don't think that test has been met in this instance," said Michael Byers, a political scientist at the University of British Columbia and a board member of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, in an interview. Byers testified at the Commons justice committee that studied the bill.

Byers said freedom of expression was not properly factored into the design of the bill and that its measures could deter acts of political expression.

Richards argues that his bill will actually help protect the legitimate right to protest because it will help prevent illegitimate protesters from infiltrating a peaceful event and causing trouble. He also said police told him the existing Criminal Code provision about disguises is more geared toward armed robbery offences and is difficult to apply in protest situations.

In a recent interview, Richards said there is a lot of misunderstanding about his bill and that there will always be people who disagree with it.

He said he is proud to have identified a problem and created a solution.

The bill becomes law when it receives royal assent."

Don't remember any contract killers that were hired. Only NOPD were there and some National Guard people...Any so-called killing was for the most part, justified...I know, I lived it. So be careful of passing along info that you only 'heard' about.

Nice commentary, and we offer this.

It actually depends on what you mean by 'contract killers.'   

We were 'assigned to' a 4-person unit of Blackwater 'agents' who were, shall we say, not 'free-lancers' on vacation, although the bunch was somewhat jocular for our taste, considering the magnitude of the situation at hand. We never did find out what they were up to - armed to the teeth with a tricked-out Humvee and a bus-like 'command vehicle'.

The Hummer looked something like this, but black. They yukked it up as to the cherry assignment and the vehicle that was a 'gift' from Border Patrol.

Although we were immediately dispatched to other areas upon effecting insertion of this unit's 'command vehicle', we witnessed no killing, except for an unfortunate alligator blocking access.
