Pretty slick effect.

Obviously done with either a mirror or a pane of glass reflecting the setting sun. Someone would have to tilt the pane back and forth to get the rising and falling effect of the reflection of the sun. All that blurry business helps pull it off.

Same thing with ufo and ghost and bigfoot when blurry. Blurry makes it more un-noticable.

This is a great piece of footage. However, without having the original to run on the programs, there's no way to know 100% if it's real or fake.
