Did Apollo 11 have a fourth astronaut?

Yes,
The prior Apollo missions to the moon before 11 was probably in my opinion a delivery run. To drop off supplies and equipment for a long duration stay at the Tranquility base landing site. Also the lunar modules that were on those Apollo missions, what happened to them?
Perhaps they were to be used as habitats and supply depots  and therefore were remotely piloted to the lunar surface to await the Apollo 11 mission.
