"It would NOT be difficult to manufacture one of these 'Hoverbikes' and not financially out of reach !

And so this is why it may be a 'scam' as it is NOT technically difficult to build, and one
has still NOT been demonstrated in public at an air show of any kind reported.

Still I would love to see someone manufacture one just for fun.

These are a lot of fun ..."

I see, going from your expertise, how would he be steering? I don't see anything that could adjust the angle of his rotors?

Only a couple of ways...

1.    Balance (Not really Practical)
and
2.    Pitch Control  I have NOT seen anything yet, suggesting the existence of this.

The Quad Rotor version, could use 'Speed Control' independently on each rotor ...  using PIV gearboxes.

The design of such a 'Hoverbike' would NOT be difficult IMHO.

Perhaps with the introduction of the latest 'battery technology' an electric version could be very Quiet ?

I saw this doing the rounds on Bicycle websites a long time ago.  I never saw much controversy myself apart from the fact that it sorta sucked compared to the joy of self power... personal thing I guess.   ;D

If you put some gyro's with the hover fan function than I'm sure it achievable.  And people forget NZ do punch above their wieght when it come's to innovation ( O Tony Abbot must hate an ozzie saying that LOL )
