this email was just sent to unofficialloonacognito@yandex.com who has been posting content not owned by him. And Cary Martynuik the original owner of the content was CC'd in the email as he knows this defamation has been going on.

If you want to go to NASA's records and you want to create your own original content like Cary did years ago, you are welcome to do that. Learn how to edit and make your own original content.
Cary couldn't get into his youtube channel for years and was locked out. He gave me the rights to use his footage in a new way and we are working together on it. I'm not taking advantage of him in any way shape or form. We are friends and both invested in the search for the truth about the UFO subject.

It's not clarification. It's damage controlling, overlooking the evidence, and taking things out of context for your own benefit.

Well guys, I was right. My suspicion was correct.

Yesterday, or early morning today, Darcy Weir got in contact with me through his own gmail. He attached Cary Martynuik's email in the CC so that he could participate as well. What came out of the email exchanges you say? Well...

Darcy Weir and Cary Martynuik made a contract together where Cary gave all of his rights of his videos to Darcy Weir. Darcy Weir and Copyrightslap have full rights to Cary's video, and Cary has NO rights to his videos anymore.

Ouch...

Darcy, what is wrong with you? Those are his videos, so he needs rights to his videos! You striped the rights from Cary Martynuik to his videos!
Cary, is this what you wanted? To give all of your rights away to the point of your channel's termination? Of course not!

Darcy Weir dodged my questions too. I told him specifically this:
"How come Cary Martynuik was never informed you terminated his channel with copyright strikes?"
Darcy Weir never answered this question in our email correspondence. He never talked about the copyright strikes he issued against LunaCognita either!

I point blank showed evidence right in Darcy Weir's face and he completely ignored it. He acted as if those evidence, the evidence showing Darcy Weir copyright claiming the videos, never existed. It never happened... but obviously it did happened. It's undeniable proof that Darcy Weir copyright struck LunaCognita to utter termination!

Darcy Weir got irritated by the evidence I showed him. I was very patient with him, but I bluntly wanted answers. Darcy Weir then name called me and started throwing a fit because I exposed him, so I had to call him out on that. Darcy Weir then tagged Cary to respond to this, but it never happened. Cary never replied back, so the correspondence ended I suppose.

You see what's going on folks? I told Darcy Weir about the copyright strikes against Cary, and he dodged it. What does this mean? It was not accidental and it was not an impersonator. It was Darcy Weir all along who deliberately with his own will terminated Cary's channel with copyright strikes, all planned out. Then he lied to the whole world that he never knew anything about it on the interview.

Then today this morning... I get a reply back from Copyrightslap, the site Darcy Weir used to copyright strike my channel. First, I asked Copyrightslap if the Darcy Weir that terminated LunaCognita's channel was the same Darcy Weir who terminated my channel, to avoid impersonators and confusion. Copyrightslap responded and suggested, "YES!" it is the same Darcy Weir! However, they never directly said that to me. This is what they had to say to me:

"I have spoken to Cary Martynuik (previous owner of Luna Cognita channel) and we know this individual does not have the rights to upload his content to Youtube.

I have the rights to the content. They do not and Cary has told them to stop through their friend John."

Did you guys read that? Who's them? Is it Unofficial LunaCognita's Backup? Well, let's see:

That's why I was here in the first place, but it seems like this incident has gotten deeper and deeper by the days now. The evidence cannot be ignored anymore. You cannot dodge these things anymore. It's time to Face The Truth. It's time to answer questions! And it's time to know the truth on what's really going on the Moon... err I mean what happened to Cary's channel.

And it amazes me even more that Cary Martynuik has never replied back to me yet? I know his gmail account and there hasn't been a reply back yet.

So Cary, are you telling me to stop? Here's a new question.
Keep in mind, this is only if what Copyrightslap is saying here is true:
Why are you doing a complete 180? Are you bending to Darcy Weir's will to stop all re-uploads on the entire internet? You haven't been copyright striking channels during your active time on YouTube! There are re-uploads of Cary's videos since 2009 on YouTube or maybe even earlier, and it takes 2 seconds to find them, again, on YouTube! Cary, do you see how ridiculous this is? Like I said before and always keep in mind: To copyright strike what was once open-download, open-reupload, never-monetized videos for 10+ years on a never-monetized channel, is SILLY. Please don't Cary Martynuik. Please don't support Darcy Weir's copyright striking campaign to take down all of LunaCognita's video off the entire internet. Because like I said before, Tyler praised your character of never monetizing your channel and just getting the truth out there, for FREE. That's the nostalgic ways of doing things. And that was a couple of days after I re-uploaded your videos Cary in August, 2021. You originally greenlighted me. That was your original thoughts. That's what you originally wanted... and now you are turning your back on ALL re-uploads on the entire internet? Keep this in mind.
But that's only if Cary Martynuik, according to Copyrightslap, told me to "stop".

To me right now, it doesn't make sense that Cary is telling me to stop. It make sense if he's telling Darcy Weir to stop. Gosh guys, this is getting juicer and juicer by the day. If Cary is the victim here, I don't know what he can do at this point. You know what Darcy can just do? Darcy can just say this:

Darcy: "Sorry, Cary, but you signed the contract with me. You gave the rights to me. No, I will not remove the copyright strikes. They are my videos now, not yours. Right here in small letters is that you cannot sue me, or take the rights away from me, for good, and you signed that you agreed to that."

If Cary is the victim here, I feel bad for Cary. He never deserved this. Unfortunately, this is what's happening. Maybe there is a glimmer of hope that Darcy Weir reconsiders all this and reverts the copyright strikes on LunaCognita's channel, restoring it, or giving the rights back to Cary Martynuik. Maybe...

Unfortunately, Cary Martynuik has never responded to the correspondence. So here is a possible theory:

Theory: Cary Martynuik and Darcy Weir both agreed to terminate LunaCognita's channel and lie to the whole world about it.

An interesting theory, but why would Cary Martynuik shoot himself in the foot like this? We know who Cary Martynuik is!... Or do we?

So, I believe at the moment that Cary Martynuik is still innocent and truly never knew how his channel got terminated. Darcy Weir lied to Cary to his face about it, and played dumb in Tyler's interview when it came to LunaCognita's termination for the whole world to see and accept. The fault should be Darcy Weir here, not including Cary Martynuik.

Clearly you can see Darcy Weir dodging the evidence... That's very suspicious Darcy Weir. But you know what folks? The story goes even deeper, like all good conspiracies...

Sometime ago before the email correspondence with Darcy Weir and Cary, me and Sgt.Rocknroll had a little chat.

Basically what he told me was to, "let it go" and, "Darcy Weir is handling his videos and he's happy with that!". What I was doing about seeking answers and truths behind the copyright strikes was just "beating a dead horse". At first he questioned if I was in this for the money, but you see Sgt.Rocknroll, I never was. I'm here to preserve truth, spread truth, and fight corruption as best as I can. It's time to know the truth once and for all, and stop dodging questions, and stop telling lies.

So I questioned Sgt.Rocknroll. I told him two questions:
"Do you still think Darcy Weir is a suspicious for terminating Cary Martynuik's channel without telling him about it for several months, including not telling him about it during the interview with Tyler from secureteam10? And do you still defend Darcy Weir now, including his actions to terminate Cary Martynuik's channel without telling him about it, and blocking me on Facebook instantly without saying one word to me even though I went to ask him about this as if he was a brother of mine?"

In short he dodged my questions, like Darcy Weir did, and said:

Then I presented undeniable evidence to Sgt.Rocknroll with ArMap and Lucas as witnesses. I told him not to dodge my question again, and asked my question to him again. His reply?

So I was forced to concluded that "no comment" was his answer to both of my questions... Or maybe "I don't give a damn" was his answer to both my questions. This is the true colors of Sgt.Rocknroll, your administrator. Sgt. Rocknroll is also known as John T. Fountain Sr; it states so on his website, publicly.

So, I have decided to distance myself from Sgt.Rocknroll. I'm sorry Sgt.Rocknroll, but this is highly suspicious. I can't "leave you out of this" anymore. I have to call you out now. So there you have it folks. An update. However, I still haven't gotten a reply back from Cary Martynuik. How long will this LIE continue?

Undeniable evidence suggest, Cary never knew how his channel got terminated. He never knew his channel was taken down by copyright strikes issued by Darcy Weir. Source? Keep in mind this was posted on YouTube on August 19, 2021, several months after LunaCognita's channel got terminated in early 2021.
Look at the views, about, "246,520" or so views on 10/19/2021. How many people have you decieved, Darcy?

Right around, I believe, February 2021, was when Cary's channel was terminated, not voluntarily logged in and disabled, terminated by copyright strikes. Only one video I could find was taken down by "Warner Chappell" in 2018, but it was just one video I could find and it was not enough to terminate the channel. Even though this was issued, in the same year in 2018, the copyright claim was removed. It was only temporary that the video was disabled.
