I am not aware of the existence of such a list, except for the logical fact that "existence of UFO's" would "almost" be the defining parameter for the "existence of E.T.'s".

On the contrary, the existence of space craft of non-terrestrial origin containing ETs would be the defining parameter.  As Hynek pointed out, UFOs in most cases have nothing to do with ETs.
