FBI took over the observatory and the local post office

That was a cover story as to not alert the subject of the investigation.

I thought that story was published when they reopened the observatory, which means they had already done what they needed to do.

The decision to vacate was based on the logistical challenges associated with protecting personnel at such a remote location, and the need for expeditious response to the potential threat. AURA determined that moving the small number of on-site staff and residents off the mountain was the most prudent and effective action to ensure their safety.

In light of recent developments in the investigation, we have determined there is no risk to staff, and Sunspot Solar Observatory is transitioning back to regular operations as of September 17th. Given the significant amount of publicity the temporary closure has generated, and the consequent expectation of an unusual number of visitors to the site, we are temporarily engaging a security service while the facility returns to a normal working environment.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 20, 2018.

But the mystery of the Sunspot Observatory closure proved far less complicated. It was finally explained in newly unsealed FBI records, including a 39-page application for a warrant to search the suspect's residence.

An agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation wrote in the affidavit that she was "investigating the activities of an individual who was utilizing the wireless internet service of the National Solar Observatory in Sunspot, New Mexico, to download and distribute child pornography."

The FBI affidavit identified the suspect as a janitor under contract to clean the facility, whose laptop was found to have been used to connect to the observatory's wireless system.

According to the affidavit, observatory officials made the decision to close and evacuate the site out of concern that the suspect might pose a danger to other personnel.

The observatory was reopened on Monday.

The person has not been arrested or charged, and no arrest warrant has been issued, according to the FBI.

Frank Fisher, a spokesman for the FBI field office in Albuquerque, told Reuters that the case was still under investigation.

The warrant issued by a U.S. magistrate in Las Cruces, New Mexico, showed that on Sept. 14 agents removed from the man's home three cell phones, five laptops, one iPad, an external hard drive, 16 thumb drives, 89 compact flash disks and other material.

go to the website of the observatory.click on the who is.look at the images of the middle aged folks.sunkin eyes,low fat content in face and neck areas.notice the batshit crazy look in the eyes.

being on the mountain top,they were being overexposed to nexrad radiation.
i looked the same way when attacked by my neighbor.thats why the security folks.
not that it matters,if the radiation continues,the security folks will go crazy too.
i know yall dont believe me and me and armap have had discussions about it but i swear its the truth and ive never lied on pegasus,ever!
i was getting samwiched between my neighbor and nexrad so getting a double dose.
now its just nexrad and at tap i have some recent readings.570milligause gives me headaches now.when i busted my neighbor.it was pushing in excess of 600milligause.
odds are it was that high on that dry mountain top in the summer.
i wonder how many had cancer or immune compromised and that was what the serial killer comment was hinting at.odds are the guy could see that folks werent right but didnt know exactly what was happening.probably suspected poisoning.
this is why everybody evacuated yet no toxins were found.as toxins was one excuse they used,or biological hazard.
just wait and i bet the symptoms return next summer,or nexrad has been reprogrammed to rise above mountain top.
nexrad inverts onto populace during summer time afternoons.just as light bends downward in the desert.
i have complained in writing multiple times to airforce and noaa with no change in their policy.
they killed my neighbor just last month.i have the readings to prove it.they are posted at tap.
he had a chronic heart condition that only formed once my neighbors dew was turned off.he gained the fat back on his body and it overloaded his heart.nexrad pushed him over the cliff.

one of my first complaints was of ok city.they replied it was ft worth.my emf app points to ok city and i told them they were lying.then arkansas/ok border nexrad was hitting us,as emf pointed to them.
i speculate they are doing something weird with magnetic fields as it always comes from north but not magnetic north.they arent just reading weather with the thing,they are doing mutiple things with them.like making it rain.i have seen them burn a hole in clouds,expand a ring around my county,then collapse the ring.
they did that two or three times in a row one week last year in summer.
each time they expanded the ring.it rained  where the ring was.it compressed the humidity.condensed and heated it.which caused it to rise and then fall as rain.

on a full moon the nexrad is worse as it a combination of microwave from full moon and from nexrad.

i mentioned this on lop and glp then the attacks in cuba happened on usa ambassadors.cuba is roughly a hundred miles from usa and ok city is three hundred plus miles from me.so its easy to harass from at least that distance with nexrad.
i even measured its beam width at about ten miles at the three hundred mile length.
i had my app on one day while going to town and watched as it rose and fell.i found its peak at the halfway point to town, just by luck.as i know how microwave works.i use to install microwave dishes on radio towers.
so anyways,the harrassment is coming from those two above locations and i can hear it via my tinitus.i then turn on my app to verify.ultimate emf app,xyz,milligause.it saved my life.you can go to goo play store and see my compliment to app maker.
