The Most Important Trend On Earth?

I have thought for the past couple years that Disclosure might be preceded by a series of small steps leading to a grand conclusion. In that regard, I note the following:

1) NASA reveals that other solar system with planets exist
2) Suggestive extreme life discoveries continue
3) Organic material is found on Ceres
4) NASA reveals that a solar system exists with Earth -sized planets, some of which are in the 'Goldilocks' zone
5) UFO sightings increase, as above.
6) Credible people come forward testifying about secret space programs and ET contact.

Are these just random events without a connection? Or are they deliberate steps towards a Conclusion?  I also would point out that the Medvedev comment suggested that ET's were already here ...... and that brings up the thought that they may be influencing events on Earth.

If this IS a trend, then I would expect that we see more steps....... exposure of ET life at the microbial level would make sense. Or fossil evidence.

I would think that the human race has stubbornly thrown away all sorts of opportunities for Disclosure.  The enlightened influence of Star Trek is long behind us. So is "The Day The Earth Stood Still".  And 9/11 made an utter mess of things. 

At best we're mostly stagnant, with a few interesting gadgets to play with.  At worst, we're degenerating into nationalism and tribalism after a greedy 1% wrecked globalism.  No free energy, no cure for cancer, no cure for the aging process, no unified field theory, no interstellar craft, a world economy deeply dependent on fossil fuels, and huge debts everywhere. 

Could Aliens figure that we've passed our peak as to a good Disclosure introduction?  That it will only get worse from here on?  I am wondering....

What are the public controversies in the US currently?  Accusations of racism and sexism, poverty, job loss, income inequality, and unbridgeable divisions.

Why?  Because 'we', the human race, missed 'liftoff'.  If we had developed free or very cheap energy,  we wouldn't be at each other's throats.  If you have a decent place to live and an income,  who cares if someone hates you?  You associate with whoever you like, you live your life.  People are behaving like overcrowded rats in some Calhoun experiment.
Or we could have gone to Mars or orbiting Earth colonies. We didn't (well, not openly, right?).  Maybe we could have cured aging - and stopped the Attention Deficit - quick n' cheap attitude we have every time a long term problem comes up.  We're stuck.........

Carol Rosin states that Von Braun made those statements to her; if there were no others present that can vet or verify it, then it is no different than you or I or Zorgon relating something that happened to us...so yes, there is room for doubt; but eye witness testimony is allowed in a court of law

I agree with all You said EXCEPT that there are "more people here than can be fed easily."  In fact, artificial scarcity is created by money systems.  We throw out enough food to feed Us all, distributing by profit and not need.  If We add recent technologies like vertical farming, We could (but for the profit motive) feed a 1000 times the number here now.  This is why I would end the use of money.  It creates poverty on a very rich planet.  It moves the bulk of the wealth on OUR planet to very Few (psychopaths).  It promotes psychopaths to power over the rest of Us.  It is the soil in which the root of all evil grows.  Remove the soil.....

No, I am not forgetting this.  BUT...  The ONLY tool the psychopaths have to power over Others beyond personal charisma - which does not go far - is money.  The ability to pay toadies on large scales to do Their dirty work - armies and strong arms.  It is what They have to bribe, set up blackmail scenarios, threaten, ruin and kill (through paid minions) Ones that threaten Them.

I agree that no One is "conspiratorially promoting" these People, these psychopaths, but that money systems INHERENTLY promote psychopaths, They being keenly drawn to the power over Other money provides and are willing to do ANYTHING - literally anything - to get and keep that power.

And since money is merely the accounting of Human energy added into a system that accounts for Human energy added, the only valid function of which is to motivate People to do necessary work no One WANTS to do, and since We have game-changing technologies that would allow Us to remove the accounting for Human energy, I suggest We push to do just that.

I disagree.  The issues in a society beset with psychopaths in control are clear.  You may want to watch this, which discusses primary psychopathy (genetic), secondary psychopathy (mind controlled/severely abused), and how it affects society.
