CEO of Lockheed Skunkworks Ben Rich and Black Operations!

Ben Rich CEO of Lockheed SkunkWorks has stated that we already have the means to do anything you can imagine but that it would take an act of God for these Black Projects to ever benefit humanity. So, my question Is God process or being? And are Black Operations process or being? This coin has two sides with enough being on one side to not worry too much about the little bit of process on the other side. As a Being the United States needs its military already ready and not in process. Black Operations are we might as well say being and not process.
