My son is taking me up to the Highlands in Victoria to look at some land and I want to build with this.

Looks very good, biggsy; Mt Buller looks cold, tho; I don't do snow  8) if at all possible... the construction technique used should be very strong according to the specs and literature I just read on their site...

how big a structure are you talking about building? Are you going to use a concrete floor slab, and what type of roof structure?

I was going to get a basement put in if I could so the grandkids could play.

I need three bedrooms only because my son who has his own business wants to get someone in to do his job for two days a week and spend four days a week up with me and bring the family as well.  He has snow boarded in Canada, is very good.

Don't like the heat honey, cant stand it.

I think the roof can be made with same product.  I'm getting the director of the company to ring me back on this.

No worries about fires or harsh high winds.

And I'm going to get me a  pair of NVGs.  Hot spot up there,

The company just got back to me.

The roof is not made from the same material, colorbond would probably be the go there I think.

I went thru their website and read all the specs and documentation; it should be a very strong plus well insulated structure; you should be in good shape, basically storm proof, and one would think very economical to heat and cool...

any projections as to cost per square foot?

I asked him on the phone yesterday if they had any plans with costs.  He said I should go to a draughtsman and get them to make up some drawings or specs based on my plan I want and then fax it to them.

I thought that was a bit weird but then I am not tech minded and didn't know to ask him that question.

There are a couple of draughts people up here, so I might pop along and ask them what they can do.

Thanks honey. xo

I fixed it for you, biggsy  8)

having to have a spec'd floorplan is not unusual; but I would talk to several architects before i committed to one cold turkey...

Thanks honey.

$15,000  for a Telsa wall, are they kidding me.

I have solar panels on my roof without a battery.  Cheaper to get solar panels again But with a battery.
