Are UFO Incidents Better Elsewhere?

Perhaps some of you have observed what might be a directed and purposeful modulation of UFO incidents with regard to location.  In short, it seems like the really good dramatic stuff happens in 3rd world nations. Or just nations that aren't the 'voice of authority' US as to news credibility.

So, in the US we have Phoenix Lights or the Battle Over LA.  In Zimbabwe, they had 62 kids meet up with UFOs and ET's up close and personal. In Australia, they have the Westall incident with 200 people in broad daylight - and so on. Russia had some ET robots hiking in town. Brazil had lots of people involved with an alien in Varghina.

I guess a cynic might say, "yeah, those crazy Mexicans (or whatever nation) but otherwise is this just further proof of a united intelligence behind UFOs that 'turns down the volume' in the US (or Western nations) - or 'cranks it up a notch' if it's Latin America/Africa.

You need to read Ingo Swann's book "Penetration" and then I have a question for you; how can you be certain that there are not outsiders all around you already?

Clifford Stone maintains that there are 57 different outsider races the PTB know of, and quite a few would pass for earth normal humans...

I understand that there might be Aliens skulking around us - of which we are unaware but my point is that these events seem more open and explicit in those nations - as if ET's were thinking, "what the heck, Disclosure will never emerge from anything seen in Zimbabwe or Brazil.  Just try to keep it toned down in the US".

Does a paper submitted by a Ph.D in China really mean as much as one from the US?  How about medical research? Does the world accept an EM Drive unless NASA confirms it?

Let's look at Zimbabwe: the area where those school kids had their sighting(which if I remember correctly, was several years back) is in a remote area and at the time I doubt that anyone there had a camera of any type,and remember, this was long before cell phones became an every day thing over here; and that village is probably 30 years behind us; the same with most locations in Brazil

also consider that they did not have the capability, for the most part, to instantly send out headline news to the world about such events, so it was some time before it became news

There have been modern mass sightings here, such as the Phoenix lights, but the spin doctors raise such a clamor over these events that most of it goes by the wayside...

The facts appear to be that the goal is to suppress or debunk as much UFO related material as possible

While Flying Saucers and Alien Spacecraft are likely  world wide phenomena  UFO's are mostly an American thing...

because here in America EVERYTHING is a UFO  (Well maybe in Mexico too )

African Schoolchildren See Landed UFO and Occupant (Ariel School Sighting in Ruwa, Zimbabwe)

Location: Ruwa, Zimbabwe

On 14th September, 1994, a UFO streaked across the sky over Southern Africa. Two days later, something landed in a schoolyard in Ruwa, Zimbabwe, with three or four things beside it, according to journalist Cynthia Hind. This was witnessed by 62 schoolchildren, who had little or no exposure to TV or popular press accounts of UFOs. Cynthia Hind interviewed them the day after the encounter and made them draw pictures of what they had seen.
