Gotta love how fake governance is.  The very people responsible for polarization on both sides eat, drink and party together while the nation fades away.

Not really surprising. If you've ever watched the Oscars, you'd see the same thing in action.

Everyone pretends they love everyone else. They say stuff like "the lovely and talented so-and-so" when what they really mean is "I hate your guts for winning this Oscar, you talentless skank."

This party was just another "play" for the masses. Behind closed doors they're giving each other black eyes and broken kneecaps.

I think it's funny. Money does not equal happiness, (but it helps).

Very true Irene, if eyes with daggers could kill there would be a lot dead.

I feel as though it is becoming very difficult to know what is real and what is not, any more.

Welcome out of the fog, petrus  8) between the fake news being pumped out and the yarns being spun by those after their 15 minutes of fame, life is always a challenge...

Uh.... at that level of power, I'm not sure they really hate each other with any conviction, as their public posturing would suggest.

Once upon a time, Ted Kennedy needed to get rid of some offshore windmills that tarnished the view of rich people in his state of Massachusetts.  Unfortunately, that might make him look bad as a liberal. So, he got Stevens from Alaska (a conservative) to pass a law creating some sort of Coast Guard oversight/regulation to stop the renewables placement.

Do soap opera actors actually hate each other just because a script is written as if they did?

I don't watch the Oscars. They're too phony.  Politics is phony too.

I only watch them to catch the "In Memoriam" segment. I like to know what classic actors have died over the previous year.

I'm old, and the older I get the more sentimental for my youth I grow.

Anyway, I end up watching some of the garbage in order to catch what I want to see.

You're right. They are phony.

And so the time has come for me to share something I was told a long time ago.

I am an ongoing CE5 contactee. This is what I was told -

"We're not here because we're free.  We're here because we're not free."

The main difference between now and my youth, is that in the past if I encountered a situation which I could not tolerate, I would try and get out of it.  Now, for the most part, when I look at the current nature of the world, the only thing I find that I can do is cry.  Sobbing became almost a daily event not long after my 39th birthday; nearly 18 months ago now.

I was lying in bed probably two and a half hours ago, and although this was not explicitly suicidal, I was thinking that literally the only thing I wanted to do was sleep.  Another thought came to me, "It's not your time to go, yet," and I got up, went to the supermarket, bought food, ate, and got back online.

These prods from spirit to keep going, generally are successful in encouraging me to do so.  Yet I find, that as time passes, I need more and more of them.

I've been hearing the below piece of music in my head a lot, over the last week or so.

Yes, but I had no idea about who the owners were. As a contactee, the information comes in at a trickle.

It's the part of their GD game they enjoy the most. They do it just to piss us off.

By the time I've figured out how to live, it will be time to die.

They just laugh and find new victims, babies in the cradle, and the cycle starts again, for millennia.

Peace and a hug, Shasta.

Sleep is good medicine. When you get up, you'll look at things differently.

A hug for you, too, Petrus.
