Arken, I am having trouble seeing anything either besides what looks like reflected light or perhaps a spotlight on the ISS itself; could you post a screen capture so we can be sure we are seeing what you are?



EDit to add: I just went back and watched the vid 3 times: what I am seeing is reflected light off the bottom edge of the ISS as the sunlight increases on the bottom edge; similar to the way a watch face will throw a concentrated circle of light at an angle to the light source 

and if you watch the bottom left edge of the Iss before the light increases, you will see a round spot with a dot in the middle that becomes increasingly brighter as the object begins to appear...
