just had a really good laugh for a number of reasons
first about being found on the web via your posts..
nothing goes away hahahahahahahah

i just found and old one of mine on this subject as i was looking for any newer ideas
as i just finished this years batch for the freezer

general search for elderberry  freezer jams and jellies


and reading down the list  this one looked familiar
and sure enough it was me.

you need about 5 or 6 jelly jars that go in the freezer..lids and rings ... elderberries used to growth wild everywhere around here..but these i also ...
