If I was a benevolent Alien, I'd get rid of a few governments that seem to have no positive value for their citizens.  Like Zimbabwe.  Also, North Korea.

I'd also end the warmaking enthusiasm of Saudi Arabia, Israel and the US - and discreetly favor neutral pro- economic development states such as Russia/China. Think of it as "Prime Directive - Lite".

Funny how geopolitics seems to be going, right now.  I'm feeling pretty good about where this is headed.  It will turn out well for all of us, once we get past the nationalism and military adventurism.

I'd take the cabal et al to another more suitable planet for them and quarantine them there.
