in which Putin claims he knows nothing about it...

The UK now claim that they have prove it was Russia that did it...

Theresa May 'orders cyberwar' on Russia's spy network as she calls UN security meeting.

Theresa May has vowed to take on Russia's spy network as she called an emergency UN security meeting amid reports Britain is preparing for cyberwarfare.

It comes after two Russians were charged with carrying out the Salisbury Novichok poisonings in a dramatic breakthrough in the major investigation.

Pointing the finger at Vladimir Putin, the Prime Minister made clear the attack was "not a rogue operation" and was "almost certainly" approved at a senior level of state.

Mrs May will update the UN Security Council today on the next steps after she briefed Donald Trump and delivered her statement in the Commons.

Whitehall sources told the Times newspaper that cyberwar will almost certainly play a part in the UK's retaliation against Russia's spy network.

Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov — believed to be aliases — are accused of the attempted murder of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal, his daughter Yulia and Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey.

Police said they believe the pair flew into Gatwick two days before the attack, when they checked into an east London hotel. They then are said to have travelled to Salisbury to carry out a reconnaissance mission, and the attack itself the following day.

They used a specially adapted counterfeit Nina Ricci perfume bottle to smear the nerve agent on the door of Mr Skripal's home, officers said.

No charges have been brought over the death of Dawn Sturgess or the poisoning of Charlie Rowley. This is because police still have to establish how the perfume bottle reached the charity bin where Mr Rowley believes he found it.

The Russians flew back to Moscow out of Heathrow on the night of the poisoning. A series of CCTV images were released showing the men at both London airports, in Bow, and in Salisbury, as counterterrorism officers set out the most conclusive evidence so far of Russian involvement.

Although Mrs May did not explicitly blame the Kremlin for authorising the attempted assassination, senior Conservatives directly accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of approving the operation.


Commons Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Tom Tugendhat said there was "no doubt it was state ordered and President Putin bears responsibility for a war-like act".

The charge d'affaires at Russia's London embassy was summoned to the Foreign Office for a dressing-down by an official following Mrs May's statement on Wednesday.

Britain called the meeting of the United Nations Security Council – of which Russia is a permanent member – for today.

Mrs May spoke by phone with US President Mr Trump on Tuesday night and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday. She is expected to speak to other leaders over the next few days as she seeks to forge an international alliance for further action.

The Prime Minister told MPs the UK would push for new sanctions against Russians responsible for cyber attacks, additional listings under the existing regime and promised to work with intelligence allies to "counter the threat posed by the GRU".

Former GRU officer Mr Skripal and his daughter Yulia were left critically ill after being exposed to the military grade nerve agent Novichok in March.

Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu also confirmed that officers have now linked the attack on the Skripals to events in nearby Amesbury four months later.

In the second incident, Dawn Sturgess, 44, and her partner Charlie Rowley, 45, were exposed to the same nerve agent used in Salisbury.

Ms Sturgess died in hospital in July, just over a week after the pair fell ill.

Mr Basu said: "We do not believe Dawn and Charlie were deliberately targeted, but became victims as a result of the recklessness in which such a toxic nerve agent was disposed of."

The charges relate to the first incident, but Mr Basu said officers continue to liaise with the CPS regarding the poisoning of Mr Rowley and Ms Sturgess.

Police also released an image of a counterfeit perfume bottle after tests found it contained a "significant amount" of Novichok.

Mr Rowley told officers he found a box he thought contained perfume in a charity bin on June 27.

Three days later he got some of the contents on himself, while Ms Sturgess applied some of the substance to her wrists.

Mr Basu said the manner in which the bottle and packaging was adapted makes it a "perfect cover" for smuggling the weapon into the country.

But he added: "We don't yet know where the suspects disposed of the Novichok they used to attack the door, where Dawn and Charlie got the bottle that poisoned them, or if it is the same bottle used in both poisonings."

Providing an in-depth update on the complex investigation, Mr Basu said the suspects spent two nights at a hotel in east London and made a suspected "reconnaissance" trip to Salisbury the day before the Skripals were poisoned.

So one of my problems with this is why would Russian agents choose a nerve agent that would be identified as a Russian manufactured Nerve agent ?.. which I understand to be a binary type agent -

I mean, really?.. also the photo images, specialist Russian agents don't know that the UK has the highest ratio of CCTV to population in any western country ?? and they go about their business of taking a hit out on the Skripals whilst making sure that they are seen on how many CCTV camera's?..  wouldn't Russia use sleeper agents embedded in the UK to take out their targets? - I am no spymaster, but for me there are some really basic errors in the planning and execution of this...

I posted it on short notice due to an internet problem that i have...
I thought that maybe the story may have appeared quite a concern...
I only recently seen the story on TV and have not as yet studied the details in full depth as yet......

Yes it has every chance of being a false flag Alex Jones type suggestion...
which I am very much aware about...

I just thought it was worth posting... as what may develop from it...
I have a feeling this and the Trump STormy Daniels case.... could create some unexpected surprises...

One suggestion being that could end Trump as President...which may create some chaos..
But they may just be suggestions that I have not really considered in depth enough as yet.... but the story was main news a few weks ago, but seems to have since gone quiet....

I just feel with the lead up to brexit and other things going on... something may soon occur...to further disturb the wasps nest...with a series of issues to distract us all..

This is based on some Cycles that I have in the stock market that may see it decline if it dont recover to new highs by end of Month...

At the Moment the Stock market topped into a main cycle that I have...and I have another betwen Sept 21st to Oct 4th...

which suggest if tops occur... that it could go down....But I did think the market would possible remain strong into March 2019..

Gold found a nice low around August 15th/16... that I am wondering if it could rally from that low level...   I await to see if it breaks a high point made Early Sept after it had rallied quite severe after the August 16th low.. It may react again about Sept 21st IMO..

If Something bad happened with Trump.. the Stock market could decline quite severe...

It may also be part of a plan to bring Russia into the equation...

Its just a feeling that I have..based on various things that are recently occurring..

From what you say... admittedly those attacks could have been done by other means.

So What maybe the agenda with the suggested Poisionings...

That also seems a mystery to me... as this has gone on for weeks... as they still have Police doing reseach at the locations where the poisonings occurred..

Why would who ever make up the Poisioning suggestions as a False Flag...

From what I understood on the TV... it suggested the the UK Govt have found out that the attackers were from Russia...and have managed to track down their flights and I think they suggest that they are some sort of known Spies maybe by Mi6..

If there was some truths to this... as they suggest...  then they are saying Putin would know...

Or is this just something to make the British Public fear something else or allow them to bring in further surveillence... or security checks ?

I get where you are coming from, the whole Brexit is a cluster-f*** - it is apparent to me that even though we have had a democratic vote, there will be something that stops us from leaving the EU, I cant say what it is justa feeling in my waters' buddy, I have said it for a longtime now, either the Tory negotiators really are as toothless and useless as they appear with the EU or ...  it is deliberate to create and propagate more "fear-porn" for the sad sacks who follow lamestream media - 

RE Trump and the whole "quite resistance" op-ed to the NY Times, and his forthcoming impeachment if that is to happen, but why impeach him?..  jobs have been added and the jobless remains around 3.4% if the news is to be believed, why would the puppet masters remove him, he keeps everyone around the world on their toes, with his constant need to start a fight with someone over anything -

Back to the Skripals and the poisoning, if it was a FF who benefits from stirring up more tensions with the UK and Russia? we have had a poor relationship with them since the Litvinenco death - but still we allow oligarchs to come to the UK and park their billions into housing and other schemes - they talk about "we will up the sanctions" but to date I have not seen one item of what the "sanctions" are in the past and at present, so there does seem to me to be a bit of phoney-war going on with us and the Russkies' -

Again I cant point to why I believe that but just a hunch - so who benefits if it was a False Flag??..  we don't..  China??..  Israel ..   the USofA??

I do not think it was the Russians. The reason is: Coalition forces have seen their CIA/MI6/MOSSAD based terrorist assets being borderline eradicated in Syria. The entire OPS program has been exposed and no one can deny these factions are backing the terrorists. The only REAL war on terrorists is being fought by the Syrian army along with Russians. The entire coalition is looking for a way to stop this from happening and save their ISIS mercenary army. Any reason at all they can find Russia to blame for any sort of incident they will use any power at their disposal to punish Russia and try and make Putin submit. Not going to happen so the game escalates. The finding of the alleged Russian agents just so happen to coincide with the utter defeat of these terrorists. Coincidence?
The op was exposed and Trump had threatened to first attack the Syrian army if they used Chemical weapons again. Russia exposed the false flag op that they were setting up and they had to abort that operation. So then Trump simply threatened them if they attacked Idlib province. Since the coalition can not justify this attack in defense of their terrorist assets they must hit back in some other fashion. This chess game has been going on for a long time.

He didn't defect. He was a Russian spy that was arrested in Moscow for being a double agent, and sentenced to 13 years. He was released some time later when he was included (by request from the UK) in a spy exchange between the US and Russia. As he was released by Russian authorities there was no need for any special protection.

Hi ArMaP, he was a double agent, IE turned by the British when he was Russian Intelligence Officer - agreed that he served time and part of a spy swap - and kept giving the UK information after his swap, so going to my point he must have been as dumb as rock not getting a change of identity and a new legend when he came back to the UK after the swap and kept giving out intel on Russia.
