Is it any wonder they resisted surrendering even after 2 Atom bombs had been dropped on them?

Mav, I am with you, and it strikes me as odd that nothing about this has been public knowledge until now, also noticed that newspaper headline is from the Atlanta Constitution altho I can't read the date on it...

It just seems funny that the Nazi effort to build atomics was well known yet nothing, no rumors or tales about the Japanese research until now...

Hmmm, considering we had exactly three bombs built when they did the test at Alamogordo, unless they already had several more in the works, I don't see it going much beyond what did happen for a while unless the Japanese had several almost completed when they tested, A51 

it will be interesting to see what else surfaces about this...

P.S.: It seems more and more things/events are surfacing that were either very well hidden or from another timeline; an event like that, especially on the front page of the Atlanta Journal, would be widely known around here and I've never heard a peep about it...

Indeed Seeker, so much is hidden from us - I am trying to find connections in Germany that "may" have given the US military weapons grade uranium in exchange for the NAZI scientists lives and as part of the Paperclip Program - because I don't for one second believe that the Paperclip Operation was not a signed sealed and delivered backdoor agreement by the NAZI's with the US when they realised that they were going to lose the war, and the Russian Bear was coming to annihilate them - no proof but I am trying to get contacts as I say -

paul harvey once said the japs had already sent surrender notice before the bombs were dropped.like two days prior.

the nazis u shipment was seized two months prior so the emperer knew they had no chance to defend.the two set off in korea were probably a warning to allies but allies knew japan had blown their only stockpile,so werent worried.

what are the odds that both would be set off on the same day?

as for paperclip,yes i agree a backdoor deal was made because these scientist were just as guilty as a guard at the death camps.truthfully america was guilty of attrocities too but the victor writes the history.

All sides were in the dark about each others progress and how much stockpile they had.

no im saying afterwards,odds are some japs made it to antarctica with the nazis.i claim over at my antarctic meltdown thread at tap,that theres a ufo with a nuke engine currently in meltdown.that nazis were more focused on engines while america was focused on  bombs.as it takes alot of power to run those very heavy ufos.they were very heavy because they were trying to create very strong magnetic fields using iron hulls and to shield the humans against the magnetic fields.
admiral byrd stirred them up and the nazis wanted a peace agreement of secret trade.america was allowed to continue the belief of a win and the nazis would continue their research into science.as the scientist enjoyed science.it was their calling in life.
theres hints of this story in w.a. harbinsons"genesis"book.scientist love science and just wanted to be left alone to research,but needed research supplies.they traded high tech in exchange for nuts,bolts,wire.general supplies.the subs had already been refitted as cargo shippers which means demilitarized,so the subs were not a threat.

i also want to point out the size of explosion from the jap bomb in one of the articles,1100 yards diameter is not very big.has the gov been lying about the minumum amount of uranium needed for fission?
