Watching a 2 part TV drama programme the other day about Brexit...

There was a ref to a Billionair Robert Mercer who was said to use a special software programme to target Brexit Voters that was suggested help the  brexit "leavers@ win...

Its was also suggested that he had aided in Donald Trumps election gain his win.

What I am not sure about is could this be now suggested that the votes were rigged  one sided ..

Or is it just a case of those who had knowledge of having access to such technology aided the out come...and all ls fair in Love and War  (or something along that statement  )

Is there any chance that this could be being investigated in any negative way ?

It was a ref to Cambridge Analytica if I recall...

Anyone familiar or know much about Robert Mercer ?
