Noah's Flood - Fact or Fiction?

It is horribly wrong to abort children because of their gender. Abortion itself is such a tricky subject all together. I could understand in rape cases, where the child having to grow up with the knowledge of how they were created would be horrible. There are just so many variables to consider.

There is a growing populous problem and it must be fixed, if we don't do it, nature will. If we do it, then we have control over it and can do it with care. Voluntarily - Free birth control. If nature does it... well you can bet it won't be pretty.

China has over one Billion more people than we do here in the US alone. With over 7 Billion people on the planet and the Earths abilities to sustain us being strained beyond reason, we're looking more and more like a runaway train. If the number increases exponentially from 7 Billion as would be expected what then?

Well, reason should be telling us what to do, but instead we are forced to let it get worse. Population control is a world wide problem. Birth control should be free World wide period.   

Not only are we polluting and changing our atmosphere etc, we're over exhausting so many different ecosystems.

These problems are all solvable, but the way our systems are designed, don't dare make a sound or you will be taken away.

It's like watching a child stick their finger in an electric outlet and being gagged & tied up so you can't do anything about it.

Sure, there are quite a few variables that caused Noah's flood... Ultimately though could it have been caused by yet another generation of human beings out of control?

After Hurricane Ike came through here, there were no fishermen around for quite awhile. When they came back, they remarked how Incredible the fishing was! Ah Fish, Fish everywhere! No Sh1t, I wonder why? lol

originally, i theorized that enki had experimented one time too many with his human, animal and plant life creations and caused some horrible mutations that made most of the plant and animal life inedible, inadvertently or deliberately, made alot of people sick, and caused major droughts to spawn as a result of the dying greeny. sorta like a 3000 BC version of a big pharma company, ran by a powerful scientist who just happened to be an ET. 

but then i read the mahabharata.  there were alot more things going on than just some new lifeforms being introduced to the planet's ecosystem.   there were horrible wars, on a scale unlike anything we've seen yet, although hiroshima and nagasaki are reminiscent of what was going on, it was actually much worse than that.   

anybody that's read sitchin's earth chronicles is probably familar with the pyramid war texts.  i believe he theorized that enlil had a couple bases between egypt, the sinai peninsula and jerusalem, and that jerusalem was like our nasa -- a ground control station and space port.

i think sitchin is frequently off, but not there. i think he's right on the money.  jerusalem is a hotspot because jerusalem IS A HOT SPOT.  solomon was told to build there because that was the original site of enlil's space port.  to the egyptians, he had another name.  i'm still trying to figure it out.  i will. 

anyway, there's some heavy duty activity back then that could've lead to the planet being unliveable, because the ancient texts all point to that:  the planet was not fit for human life anymore and the nephilim had taken to eating the remaining humans, sorta like a solyent green scenario. and as they died, their cries went "up to heaven".   this angered "god in the heavens." now i dunno if that was enlil, enki or anu.   but i'm fairly certain anu was the "god of the heavens" so i'm gonna guess he's the one that said, "FIX THIS!" and enlil's fix was wipe the slate.  and enki's fix was, save the ones that aren't sick before enlil wipes the slate.

Large impact crater at the Top of South America...?


Large impact crater at the Southern Tip of South America...?

I checked around and the two craters I posted above aren't listed anywhere that I can find... I probably missed something somewhere though... Uhh, cause those are some extinction level impacts... Uh, two of them... so thats Dino's bye by and maybe even Dino's great great great grand pappy's too etc.

I guess Noah could have surfed one of them, maybe the one off the tip of S. America but figured they were a little before his time.

These have to be asteroid impacts... If you zoom in on the southern one, within Google Earth, you can see "fingers" of land pushed up at the far eastern side of the crater creating small islands along the curved craters edge.

This wouldn't occur from anything I can think of but an asteroid plowing into the sea floor and pushing up land mass as it came to rest. Water then rushing into the wall of pushed up land that rose above sea level at it highest elevation and pushing through the weakest points creating the remaining islands.

I still think it's a crater.  Asteroid came in at glancing angle and pushed/rolled to a stop. The rest eroded later.

The Main source of water, was from the Fountains of the deep, according to the wrings.

The rain was a secondary phenomena lasting 40 days and nights, but the former involving
the "Fountains" of the deep, lasted perhaps (guessing) about 8 Hours.

I mentioned the verses referring to the Fountains in my first post in this forum.

This involves water coming up through the "Trenches" (where the tectonic plates collide and interact)
from under the Earths Crust, Involving the Earths "Thermal Cycle".

A somewhat Catastrophic event for the human Primate, and other animals.

The pressure was so great behind the water, water was shot thousands of feet into the atmosphere
and came down as Rain over the following 40 days and nights.

It Rained for the First time as a mist used to come up from the Earth, then condense into water
forming rivers and lakes, in the times before "Noah's flood" during the previous stage
of the Earths "Thermal Cycle", (the Cold Cycle) according to the writings.

Another interesting thing was, Color was seen for the first time also noted in the wrings..

Re. The "Rainbow" appeared for the first time, which was recorded as a covenant
between God & Man.

Nope, Asteroid. Asteroid hit, massive amounts of water thrown into the upper atmosphere causing rain. Tidal waves all over. Flooding... Impact caused massive shock waves, earth quakes, stress and pressure on plates all over, even causing undergound aquifers to spew out as fountains. 

Changed the speed of Earths rotation, even caused the Earth's axis to change.

Saw it all happen in my head. 

The video showing Pangea is great, but couldn't this impact have happened much later?

that is so interesting.  but "the deep" is the abzu/abyss/bottomless pit.  well the deep is a wormhole.  so i'm gonna add my "nope" to captain dave's "nope," and now we have 3 different theories. 

yours is
1. thermal cycles, earth cracks open, water rushes in, then earth closes, water is injected into the atmosphere in the form of hot steam.

captain dave's is
2.  asteroid impact, water is splashed into the atmosphere

mine is
3. the abzu gates on the ocean floors (7 in number) of this planet and on mars, opened up and pumped the contents of mars oceans, into our oceans.  i admit, mine sounds the goofiest, but the deep is the abzu/abyss/bottomless pit.  and the abzu is where enki rose up from in his roaring, shining, sparkling, flying, floating, gold and silver blue gemmed, tangled thread beyond understanding, temple city.  and he landed in sumer.

the bottomless pit also is alluded to as ejecting fire and smoke into the atmosphere, which is released when the abzu gate is opened.  but look at the description of what else comes out of it.  i don't think it's fire and smoke, i think it's glowing and steam. that doesn't sound like the contents of the ocean floor's thermal ridges.   (see revelation 9)

i'm telling ya, that ain't a crack in the floor. it's a wormhole gate.  or rather, a series of wormhole gates.  a bunch of abzus.  another way to say it is:

eye of the abyss which is the 
eye of ra.

well, just read the legend of the destruction of mankind.

ra's eye was the most powerful eye on the planet, so apparently, it is/was the biggest gate on earth. 

i think ra is ea (enki) because the description they give for his physical appearance in that story, is the same as the one given for enki's e.abzu temple. skin like gold, enki's temple was covered in gold, bones like silver, enki's temple was constructed of silver covered in gold.  hair like lapis lazuli, enki's temple was decorated with lapis lazuli.  that to me says, in big flashing letters that ra and ea are one in the same. or better yet, enki's abzu was deified in the figure of ra.

which writings?  the legend of the destruction of mankind is, i think, the egyptian version of noah's flood. with egyptian cultural twists and egyptian names for everything.

for example, hathor and sekhmet are two parts of ra's eye.  makes no sense unless you realize hathor is a gate name and so is sekhmet.  hathor gate was on mars and sekhmet was on earth.  so ra's eye is a huge gate, with two parts, one on earth and one on mars. theoretically, anyway.  i just think z is right about that.

the bottomless pit and fountains of the deep references are in old and new testaments of the bible. they have correlations in egyptian mythos as well.   i'm almost positive (not quite, but almost) that the lake of fire is not on fire nor a lake, but a gate that glows  and looks like water.    i've got an egyptian pic of it around here somewhere.

Yeah that is pretty cool! Theres always more than one way to skin a cat though right? I mean yes, you can do ANYTHING with just yer brain. But, you can also build machines/devices to do the same thing.

Funny, it seems like there are two schools divided. I like them both. Do I want to use my noggin to change the TV channel or pick up the remote? The wife and I would be in constant battle without the remote!

Well, I guess unless we were both watching two different shows on the same TV... But that gets complicated...
