It's not an anomaly but sometimes you need an anomaly guy's opinion.

What do you guys think, does this look like an old filled in/shallow crater?

It's a recent find I made in the LROC M1255241623LRE Numarov Crater Oblique by Keith Laney.

:)    If we could zoom out, would it show that this is inside a much larger crater?

Yes but I don't understand why you didn't give a try at answering the question. I cleary indicated the suspected crater. Take a stab at it.

I wouldn't waste my time asking a trick question, if you think that's what I'm doing and why you didn't answer the question.

I was just looking for more information NOT given.  Being inside of a larger crater obviously makes this one younger and yet in the image there are younger looking craters near by.   This indicates a mid range for its age relative to impacts times.  That's why I asked.
I didn't think it was a trick question.  So even if it is a set up or something, I'll take a guess.
Age of a crater is important to the possibility of being obscured by debris fall.  With the low gravity of the moon debris falls far and wide from impacts and for a considerable amount of time.  So if it is old enough, it could be as you said it "filled in" or obscured.  Judging by the shadow however, it seems like it was a fairly deep crater for its diameter.    So to me, it does look like it could be obscured by years of debris fall.
So there ya go one of us guys has guessed.   There may be more guesses from other Peggy Peeps too.  lol   Wrong or right it's a good guess.

  Have a great day!   :)
