:)  I just saw this.   The headline reads "'They can't stop all of us': Over 400,000 people planning to raid Area 51 all at once".   By Aris Folley - 07/12/19 12:54 PM

This would be something to see.  From a good distance. LOL  :o  Since they have made this intention public, you can bet area 51's security will be stacked up, waiting for a crowd.   I can't believe this one!  :o  I doubt this will even happen.

"More than 440,000 UFO enthusiasts signed up to "storm Area 51" through a Facebook event in efforts to "see them aliens."  As of Friday afternoon, the event, titled Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us, has over 442,000 people signed up to attend. More than 450,000 others have also indicated interest in the event."

If they do attempt to carry this out.  Maybe we can get a close-up report from A51Watcher.   What do you think A51?  Is that a possibility or no?   I wonder if he's there now!  It sounds like it is going down today!    :o

I had to look elsewhere, I don't do Facebook, but I found a date for this event....."A Facebook user by the name of SmyleeKun and the group "Shitposting cause im in shambles" created the event, titled Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us. The event is set to take place on September 20, 2019 at 3am. Attendees will meet at the Area 51 Alien Center in Amargosa Valley, Nevada before proceeding to Area 51 itself.

At 3am,  :o  this will probably add to the possibility of mishaps occurring. Oh my!
It will be interesting to see what transpires at this happening (IF IT HAPPENS). lol  Judging by the name of the people/group putting this on "SmyleeKun and the group "Shitposting cause im in shambles" I'm made to question its legitimacy. lol   ;)

I can't wait to see if anything actually happens with this!    :o

Feds Warn Alien Seekers Not To Try Their Luck At Area 51

More than half a million Facebook users have signed up to besiege the Nevada site to "see them aliens."
By Amy Russo

More than half a million Facebook users have signed up to storm Area 51 to "see them aliens" at the U.S. Air Force base in southern Nevada that's long been shrouded in mystery for those who believe it's a holding site for otherworldly creatures.

It all may be a joke or a lark for many of the supposed UFO seekers. But federal officials aren't laughing about the possibility of people actually showing up at the highly classified military base, which is a remote detachment of California's Edwards Air Force Base.

An event page called "Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us" had garnered nearly 670,000 recruits as of Saturday. Almost 620,000 others have indicated they're "interested."

The purported raid is set for Sept. 20 between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m., with the "details" section noting, "If we naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets." The reference is to Naruto Uzumaki, a Japanese manga character who appeared to run at the speed of light while leaning forward and stretching his arms behind his back.

According to ComicBook.com, a news site covering comics, TV shows and movies, a social media user who goes by the name "SmyleeKun" and who devised the Facebook page is "best known for posting memes and streaming to fans on Twitch," a live streaming platform used by gamers.

In other words, it's almost certainly a prank. But it's also caught the attention of the Defense Department.

Air Force spokeswoman Laura McAndrews, in comments to The Washington Post on Friday, warned anyone seriously intending to follow through with storming the site to think twice.

″[Area 51] is an open training range for the U.S. Air Force, and we would discourage anyone from trying to come into the area where we train American armed forces," she said. "The U.S. Air Force always stands ready to protect America and its assets."

Though the government had denied the existence of Area 51 for years, in 2013 the CIA acknowledged it as real. However, it has only been described as an aviation test site.

Crowd of UFO fans seeking to 'raid Area 51' hits 1 MILLION despite US Air Force warning

Quote"We can move faster than their bullets," the creators of the intentionally farcical event claim. But with over a million alien fans now registered as 'going' – and nearly the same number in reserve, just 'interested' in the raid – the US Air Force could find itself facing off against an unprecedented number of unarmed individuals.

Even the military is no match for human stupidity... they had best scrub & abandon it ASAP. I suspect we will see a display of new psychotronic weapons used against the crowds if this comes to pass, likely not bullets.

I have the strangest feeling about this build up.

Perhaps the same people behind the border invasions
are behind this? Seriously, people should know better
than to mess with this....

But it seems people have lost their collective minds.

I doubt this will gather the numbers they have now, the time until the event happens is long enough for people to forget about it and at the next Internet case.

Welcome to 21st century America, the land of the totally mentally challenged  ::)

this will either fizzle out with the majority of those signed up never showing up, the military will deploy a couple of armored divisions, or go into defcon one total lockdown with all the hatches battened down...

or none of the above  8)

Otter, we both know that everything is cyclic in nature, as they say, as the wheel turns we don't know what we will turn to meet;

the tibetan monks say this is the 5th civilization that they know of, according to their records, and the last cycle was supposed to have been a great flood, people world wide have tales of it, such as the epic of gilgamesh...

something is headed our way...

Will it be another extinction level event, or will we be able to survive it and move forward afterwards?

Could some of the "visitors" here actually be our ancient ancestors that escaped the epoch changing cataclysmic events of the past?

Too much evidence of advanced civilizations have been found that the mainstream refuses to accept or research into...

Back on topic: If those citizens do try to invade Area 51, I just do not see that having a good ending...

'Highly discouraged': Air Force responds to plans to 'storm Area 51' and 'see them aliens'
Ryan W. Miller  4 hrs ago

As more than a million people on Facebook say they're attending a joke event to "storm Area 51," the U.S. military has responded to the plans — just in case they actually do.

Air Force spokeswoman Laura McAndrews told the Washington Post that military officials were aware of the event that aims to uncover the alleged conspiratorial secrets of the military installation in Nevada.

McAndrews didn't specify to the newspaper any security plans at the base, but did issue a warning.

"[Area 51] is an open training range for the U.S. Air Force, and we would discourage anyone from trying to come into the area where we train American armed forces," she said. "The U.S. Air Force always stands ready to protect America and its assets."

Are we alone?: People are signing up for Facebook event to 'storm' Area 51 and 'see them aliens'

Speaking with NPR, an unnamed Air Force spokesperson said, "Any attempt to illegally access the area is highly discouraged."

USA TODAY has reached out to the Air Force for comment.

The military's response comes after about 1.2 million people responded to the satirical event as "going." The Facebook event, which is scheduled for September 20 from 3 to 6 a.m., says that it aims to "see them aliens."

"If we [N]aruto run, we can move faster than their bullets," the event description says, making a humorous reference to a Japanese manga character known for running with his arms stretched out backward and his head forward.

Area 51, part of the larger Nevada Test and Training Range at Nellis Air Force Base, has been the subject of many conspiracy theories alleging the U.S. military is housing secrets concerning aliens and UFOs.

The Nevada Test and Training Range "provides the warfighter a flexible, realistic and multidimensional battle-space to conduct testing tactics development, and advanced training in support of U.S. national interests," the Air Force states on its website.

The Facebook event page, which has an additional million users "interested" in the event, has sparked many memes and jokes about how the plans to raid Area 51 might unfold.

However, one Facebook user, who posted a humorous map of the area that features lines of "Naruto runners," "rock throwers" and "Kyles" to storm the area, hedged his plans with a message for the military:

"Hello US government, this is a joke, and I do not actually intend to go ahead with this plan. I just thought it would be funny and get me some thumbsy uppies on the internet."

They now have a site (https://www.stormarea51.us/) where they sell coffee mugs, T-shirts and tank-tops...

Allred605

I added the group on Facebook out of sheer curiosity about a week or so ago and honestly it seems like a large majority of these people know its a joke, its the lesser intelligent quotient of people that concern me. here is my real question, do you really think that the US government would actually attack the [now] 2.4 MILLION attendees if everyone listed as "going" actually attended? that would start another world war and i doubt it would end well for our government. hopefully the people who think they can get away with this will heed the warnings and not go.

ArMaP

The problem is that even if the less intelligent that will try to go to the end are just 0.1% that means some thousands of people, so the possibility of things end badly to some get bigger and bigger as time goes by and this case keeps appearing on the news, as I'm sure that when this stops being news most people will forget about it.

PS: welcome, Allred605. :)
