And just for context......

Following is a comprehensive list of all Article III and Article IV United States federal judges appointed by President Barack Obama during his presidency, as well as a partial list of Article I federal judicial appointments, excluding appointments to the District of Columbia judiciary.[1]

The total number of Obama Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate is 329, including two justices to the Supreme Court of the United States, 55 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals, 268 judges to the United States district courts, and four judges to the United States Court of International Trade.[2][3] Obama did not make any recess appointments to the federal courts.

In terms of Article I courts, Obama made 8 appointments to the United States Tax Court, 3 appointments to the United States Court of Federal Claims, 3 appointments to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, 2 appointments to the United States Court of Military Commission Review, and 2 appointments to the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He also elevated two chief judges of the Court of Federal Claims.

On the Article IV territorial courts, he made two appointments and elevated one judge to the position of chief judge.

Greetings:

Way to go Sarge!
You beat me to that answer as I am well-versed on what Hussein was up to, including weaponizing the FBI, CIA and DOJ. But that's a work-in-progress.  LOL

Quotei don't hate t rump cause i don't extend the energy to hate anyone.. but i despise what he is and what he is doing to this country..

Would you mind helping the rest of us - obviously less-informed than thou - what is it you despise "what he is doing to this country"? Pretty please?

Quotethe democracy that we all treasure is being eroded every day by this outfit..with in 13 months of the election 192 judges were appointed by this administration.. way more than any other in the past...

Encountering this tripe on the WWW, one might consider typical misinformation from a Trump hater denier...

One might at least fact-check before posting such here on The Truth Channel = Pegasus Research Consortium.

How's it working out for your Trump alternative the disingenuous, corrupt, immoral Hillary Clinton?

Mini-rant over, still love and respect you, Your Otterness...  :-*

Just been watching this thread.  It's hard for me to comment since I am a Trump supporter.  There is not enough time or space on this thread to put in the information gathered over the years of the many times the rule of law has been disregarded by our so-called representatives.  They say they are our leaders.  They are supposed to be our representatives.  It also amazes me that people who are not part of the USA get into a conversation on a subject they may have read about and not experienced.  Once upon a time far away now, we had a real good nation.  Now we have a number of elements that want to change are laws into something that does not go along with our constitution.  Democracy is almost the worst form of government underneath Communism, socialism and then democracy.  Early on in my education, I was told that we had a Republic which means we were ruled by law and that even meant our representatives.  That has certainly changed.  We have anarchists causing problems.  We have the radical Islam element who actually said that their intention was to change our system.  (I can produce the video on that one)  We have the Social Justice Democrats in a war with the Democratic Party.  We have the Communist Party USA sticking their head into this whole mess.  Want to know why Trump got elected?  A large majority of the people are sick of what is transpiring with regards to our country.

I didn't serve in two armed services, law enforcement (34 years for all 3), being a lifelong patriot, proud of my flag and country for it to be turned over to a bunch of organizations who want to comepltely change it.  I am a proud supporter of the nation of Israel and also believe in the Christian roots on which our country was founded.  I have no problem with people who want to come to this country legally.  We are a nation of immigrants but to cross our borders without doing it legally is by our legal definition in our laws makes you a criminald.  Statistically, Obama deported more people than Trump.  Clinton is a crook (both of them) Obama gave away money (taxpayer money) to a foreign power that wants to destroy America.  Hillary allowed 20 % of our uranium to be sold to a Russian Company.  Our Congress hates Trump and says he caused it all.  Look at the people in our congress.  They have been there for decades and have continued their shenanigans and now a non-politician comes in and startes exposing it all and they have tried everything to stop him.  All you have to do is the reasearch to find out these things.  It's not hard.  There is actually documentation out there if you dig and you don't have to dig that far.  Okay, my 2 cents has been offered.

I agree with all that you said about this country
there has been bullshit on most levels for a long time
and we do need a change

I do not agree that  t rump is the guy to do it

imo he has only replaced the swamp with a bigger swamp
and with the alligators of his choosing
same game with different names

I have to say that I feel you (general you) are making a big mistake
in thinking that anyone speaking out against him is a fan
of previous office holders or wanna-be s

sorry to say that
this thread has deteriorated into what I tried to avoid
so  this is my last post in the no-win circle jerk that is politics
if I post anything here again it will be copies of articles and
no comments

perhaps someone (besides me) can start posting stuff
i've tried to keep the conversation going here but his is not the way i intend to go
so yeah  carry on

oh here's another one..

Business Insider
Trump has spent years financially compelling people to attend his rallies
Grace Panetta  6 hrs ago

President Donald Trump has frequently accused protesters and activists of being paid by powerful liberal forces, but many attendees at his own events were financially compensated to be there.

For much of his administration, Trump has without evidence dismissed protesters at his rallies or other events as hired and paid by prominent liberals, especially the powerful billionaire and conservative boogeyman George Soros.

During the fraught confirmation process for Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Trump accused people protesting his confirmation hearings of being "paid professionals only looking to make Senators look bad," adding, "look at all of the professionally made identical signs. Paid for by Soros and others. These are not signs made in the basement from love!"

The Washington Post and other news outlets fact-checked the claim and found no evidence that the Kavanaugh protesters had been directly paid by Soros or his Open Society Foundation.

But despite his own disdain for supposedly paid protesters, Trump himself has benefited from people being paid to attend his events, both in his capacity as a political candidate and as president.

Union workers had to attend Trump event or lose pay
On Saturday, Trump held an official event at the Dutch oil and gas company Shell's Chemicals Petrochemical Complex in Monaca, Pennsylvania. A large crowd of union contractors working at the site, which is in the process of becoming a fully functional natural gas plant, were in attendance for Trump's event.

But Shell came under scrutiny over the weekend after a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette documented how union workers for the company were offered the choice of either attending the Trump speech, or skipping the event and not being paid for the day.

The outlet reported workers were told to expect to stand for several hours during the Trump speech and that if they did not scan their work ID badges at the beginning of the day, they would not be paid.

The paper also said that Shell workers were informed that, "no yelling, shouting, protesting or anything viewed as resistance will be tolerated at the event," and "an underlying theme of the event is to promote goodwill from the unions."

In statements to both the Post-Gazette and to INSIDER, representatives for Shell said that union workers at the site have a 56-hour work week, with 40 hours a week at normal pay and an additional 16 hours of overtime at time-and-a-half pay. Workers who attended the event would receive the full 16 hours of overtime pay, whereas those who skipped the event would not get their overtime.

Trump has paid people to attend his rallies
Back in 2017, the Washington Post reported that the Trump campaign was hit with a Federal Election Commission complaint from a vendor who claimed the campaign did not pay them for their contracting services, which included gathering a crowd for initial campaign announcement at Trump Tower in June of 2015.

In the FEC complaint, the Trump campaign's contracting firm Gotham Government Relations accused the campaign of stiffing them on their $12,000 bill they owed to Gotham for producing Trump's campaign launch for months afterward.

Read more:Trump mocked a man he thought was a protester for being overweight, but it turned out he was actually a supporter

In producing the event, Gotham enlisted a sub-contractor called Extra Mile Casting, which put out a call for people to be paid $50 to attend "an event in support of Donald Trump and an upcoming exciting announcement he will be making."

According to the job posting obtained by the Hollywood Reporter, the agency was "looking to cast people for the event to wear t-shirts and carry signs and help cheer him in support of his announcement."

Trump's former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski denied knowing that some of the attendees were paid actors.

There's no way to know for sure exactly how many union contractors would have attended Trump's speech in Pennsylvania if everyone received pay for the day regardless of whether they went to see Trump speak, but it's undeniable that Trump has benefited from people being financially incentivized to attend his events.

In political discussions, nobody wins and in my opinion, an exercise in futility.  I think we need to get back to what the forum was all about in the mysteries of the universe, science and various other avenues.  I like Pegasus and I think it would be nice and honorable to get back on track in memory of Zorgon.  This was supposed to be a research consortium.  Let us head back in that direction.  Just my opinion. Love ya all.

Why do you think Zorgon created this Thread?
For exactly the reason and exercise of herding POLITICAL discourse into one place, so people could get their jollies off here and not in the main forum..

So where is the 'research'.....(i'm guilty too)....

Long, Long, ago, in a timeline far away, there was a great discussion held amongst Zorgon and his minions concerning the burning issues of religions and polyticks and the associated chaos that follows with them...

The decision was made then to create separate boards and guarded, restricted areas for these volatile subjects, even so far as to have members ask to be allowed access to the religious area, and give them the ability to block it off if they so choose

those restrictions were rescinded; they can be revived...

This is Pegasus RESEARCH Consortium, people, so how about focusing on something interesting besides mud slinging and shit spreading?  Hmmm?
