I agree on Silent Running being a good film.

Hey Sgt! that is a great idea  :)  I wish I knew folk in the Hollywood world to suggest it  :) but I would make one very small change to it, the mini-droid Hughie SPOILER ALERT ( I think it was) survives the storm   ;) I would keep everything the same, not sure who would you cast for the Bruce Dern role m8?.. because he was brilliant!

**EDIT RE Droid identity -  Freeman Lowell: [to Huey and Dewey] Poor Louie, God bless him... he's not with us anymore.

I think it would have to be an American actor but not sure who??

**EDIT - Maybe Owen Wilson could carry that character off ??

I was thinking Sam Rockwell for Dern's role and Seth Mcfarlane for Hughie and Dewey .

My favorite is Forbidden Planet.  I also like the 2002 version of The Time Machine.

Ah yes the Expanse. One of my favorites. Can't wait for the next season to start! One of the few new SciFi series that has an excellent story and great special effects.

Just binged watched Altered Carbon. While it took the first 2 episodes for me to figure out what was going on  ;D, it turned out pretty well.
Brought back memories of the original Blade Runner. But excellent nonetheless.

Highly recommend it....(and yes there will be a second season)  ;D

Sounds Interesting for sure, Sarge; Hopefully there will be multiple seasons forthcoming...
