Mother's Day Menu

Mother's Day dinner at my place is going to be fried chicken, corn on the cob, salad and double berry shortcake.  My hubby offered to take me out for dinner, but I'd rather stay home and cook something we'll both enjoy.

I don't celebrate Mother's Day.  My mom is passed, and since My sister legally kidnapped My daughter (She's 9 1/2 now), I have no children of My own.
