Well, i would suppose the obvious "next steps", would definitely be to:

1. Make it against the law to "release stool" in a public commode, if it smells up the place, as such stench surely is harmful to public health and well being.

2. Make it a "criminal offense" to "not flush the commode" after "releasing stool".

3. Make it a "Federal Offense" to release stool that will not flush down the commode. 

4. Anyone "deemed" to be guilty of any of these, will not be given the key for use of any public restroom, in addition to whatever punishments may accrue under the laws.

They do have a point though with some folks who just cant seem to go at home, and like my dog does when he gets off the boat on a new island, they have to mark their territory with a massive dump due to their inexplicable excitement level!

I bet this all stems from some visitor using the reserved potty for the Swedish senator who brought it up!

Men standing while peeing is a MAJOR issue in this world!  And having them pass a "pee test" and being licensed is the ANSWER!  What revenue They've been missing!

But looking at the comments...maybe there is some fair points to consider .  Depending upon ones view and position in life !
