To my knowledge, you can go to the site and vote up
your favorite. I think you can do this once a day...
so plenty of manipulation available!

I believe this was the output of a "vote for your favorite" list of the vote early and vote often type.  A couple of the sites that I recognize have a very small but competitive readership.
