some moments about AI. very basis of this is 3 CFs (cognitive functions) to recognize anything around:

* Objects(form, texture & color).
* Actions (an object applies to or applying to an object).
* Context (what action means at given situation).

to realize fast CFs needs to've polynomial time algo(algorithm) 4 k-SAT, in particular 3-SAT problem.

i'm very against to put BCI, BA & so on techniques onto public access because bad (soft/hard)ware can damage brain & modern techs have no way to defend users. but this technology must be R&D'ed & used to get most effective computers w/ new design.
