Talking of faves.. Bloody hell saw Black Flag are playing here in Oz in November.  :o

Amaterasu

I think this piece by Yes is the most beautiful piece I have ever heard:

"If the universe is made of mostly Dark Energy...can We use it to run Our cars?"

"If You want peace, take the profit out of war."

Amaterasu, that was a very nice piece indeed.  I enjoyed it very much.
From the past into the future any way I can...Educating...informing....guiding.

"Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration – that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

Amaterasu, that was a very nice piece indeed.  I enjoyed it very much.

It's the end piece of The Gates of Delirium, one side of the Relayer album.  I was totally enthralled when I first heard it 20 or 30 years ago!  It still makes My heart sing along.

These are the lyrics:

Soon, oh soon the light
Pass within and soothe this endless night
And wait here for you
Our reason to be here

Soon, oh soon the time
All we move to gain will reach and calm
Our heart is open
Our reason to be here

Long ago,

set into rhyme

Soon, oh soon the light
Ours to shape for all time, ours the right
The sun will lead us
Our reason to be here

Soon, oh soon the light
Ours to shape for all time, ours the right
The sun will lead us
Our reason to be here
"If the universe is made of mostly Dark Energy...can We use it to run Our cars?"

"If You want peace, take the profit out of war."

Yes (no pun intended). It's off Yes's Relayer album, the last 6ish minutes of the side entitled "Gate of Delirium."

I remember a mate at school who mentioned that album but I never checked it out.
They did some great stuff.

Fourtet anyone?

I put Fourtet up there with people in this day and age that do something a little different.

I also love how this simple song and video show how hard it is for Dad's around the world who have been through a divorce  :)

***CATCHY TUNE WARNING***

LOL watched this catchy little vid the other day and found myself humming it in my head. I played it at work and now about 6 more people have the same problem. I decided to turn this into a little science experiment to see how many people's heads I can get this song stuck in.  ;D

watch at your own risk.  :P
