FYI, linda is on tonights show at 2 am eastern, 1 am central, 12 am mountain and 11 pm pacific times. First hour with shape up america stuff.

Yeah, saw that Gigas, she is so good at what she does.  That pyramid structure sounds interesting.  I have gotten in the habit of waiting until the next night and listening to the utube version, no commercials.

Lindas one of the few who are worth listening to on coast. I hope george keeps his yapper shut so linda can tell the audience some good stuff.

Clear channels been busting tubers for chop chop the show commercials out and posting on the tube. I subscribed to several tubers and they got dropped from utube for repost of the shows.

If one becomes a subscriber to the show, according to John B, you don't get the commercials. I don't really know though.
