Emergency yes.. they cannot legally refuse you if its an emergency... so if I wait till its bad enough that i need an ambulance to get there they will fix it and send e a HUGE bill... but fix it NOW before it becomes an emergency and is only a small bill?  Show me one hospital that will do elective surgery without cash up front.

Doctors do not know how to fix you in most cases. They just keep you going. Afterall that is why they call medicine a 'practice'

A guy in Florida had a bad leg... they amputated the good one...

My sister had an unknown condition... she went from doctor to doctor who prescribed medication to see if this will work. In the end she diagnosed herself on the internet (because it had gotten chronic) but by that tile the meds had destroyed one of her kidneys

If a doctor would look at you and say gee sorry I don't know what is wrong and send you to someone who does... would that not make more sense? If a mechanic doesn't fix y car, I don't pay him... why does a doctor get to bill me 40.00 for 15 minutes of doing nothing?

The reason that medical cost are so high is the enormous MALPRACTICE insurance these guys need to cover their blunders. I have a very LONG list of people I know personally on that blunder list

So 'technically' they are supposed to fix you, but don't count on it :P
oh, Holy $hit! looks so familiar  ;D

Oh yes  slavery is all around us...  but those slave markets are so dang EXPENSIVE  wow.... :o

Its a lot easier and cheaper to just run an ad and get free ones :P

So I take it you voted for Herr Bush and his Oil Clan?

No, as I indicated earlier, I've only voted in presidential elections once, when i was 18.  I voted democrat, Jimmy Carter, and the entire thing turned me off from politics (iranian hostage crisis, etc).  I thought, "holy toledo, i'm in over my head on this. i need to spend more time studying politics before i vote again." and then i got busy studying the bible instead. lol
