For starters, it is annoying that out of a 2:30 long movie, nothing happens until 1:30.  As a second point, it's only really the colour correction that makes it truly visible.

As for what it is, who knows?  I think the interpretation of a squadron of UFOs taking off from a lunar base, is both premature and sensationalistic.  I don't know anything about the image.  Where is it from?  Is it supposed to be an orbital shot?

I agree with the issues with the footage itself.  And I know about as much as You do relative to source...

Maybe We could hunt it down...?

i had a look at this Too,  while being very compelling, i believe it is CGI
