An interesting Masonic mistake by Wikipedia

So I was just on Wikipedia, looking at the "Gamer," article, describing the different types of computer gamers, and demographic information, when I happened to notice something out of place in the references list for said article.

http://web.mit.edu/dryfoo/Masonry/Misc/welaish.html - This document is hosted at MIT, and is apparently the transcript of a Masonic Lodge dinner, dated December 1994, the author of which introduces the Internet as a topic of discussion to fellow Masons, and then offers suggestions as to how they should respond to it.  I'm assuming that there isn't anything in here that they would consider secret; although mention is made of the prohibition against discussing "grips," and "signs," in Usenet postings, given that Usenet was in mainstream use at the time.  The author is one "Brother Jeff Walaish," and an email address is included.

The article seems to be completely unrelated to the Wikipedia article it was linked from, and I have no idea why the link would have been there.  Perhaps someone was trying to disclose something which they considered relevant, and felt that burying it in the references of a presumably popular Wikipedia article, would be an effective way of getting it out.

If you didn't know already, wikipedia is a publicly created and publicly edited online encyclopedia.  This means that most users of the site can change or add articles as they wish.  Through what is supposed to be a democratic process, articles get edited and refined to suit the beliefs of the majority that care to edit it.

What that means is that somebody thought they would sneak in some links where they don't belong.  If you feel inclined, you should be able to jump in and fix the link.
